My daughter is moving in this afternoon, moving from Tampa. When she arrived, the apartment was filthy, roach infested, the door had apparently been broken in once before, and the apartment next door has an eviction notice on the door. This is not reassuring as a dad. Where is the "management"?! Must be a slum lord.

this place a scam. bait and switch. was put in a non renovated unit that cost $50 less than the brand new ones and wasn’t made aware until the end of our lease. left us with a broken thermostat for 6 months ignoring and deleting our maintenance requests. the property manager was constantly at the pool never in office. they spend SO much on groundskeeping that the units are an afterthought. i would look elsewhere and not waste your time and money.

The apartment complex is pretty quiet. Parking can be a little crowded and difficult to find an open spot near your apartment. The residents are friendly and respectful, quite a lot of military service members rent here.

We have just moved in and have lived here for about a month and a half, and it has been a very pleasant experience! We have called the office many times and have always gotten the best service and have been great help. The maintenance people are extremely kind and helpful! We love being close to the pool and gym which are very clean! Very lovely apartment!

I love my loft apartment at Arium. The maintenance department is rapid and professional - especially Brian. Demonica is helpful and pleasant to work with. We have great pool(s), a nice clubhouse, well maintained tennis courts and quality gym equipment. Management is fair and accommodating, especially when dealing with Covid 19 issues. This is a wonderful place to live.

Lived here a year now and it’s been great. Traffic sounds at night are annoying though. Never had a problem with maintenance/main office folks ever, always nice and on top of things. Rarely hear my neighbors unless they pass my door. All around has been a good place to live.
I am a professional in the same rental industry and typically find other Property management companies to be friendly and understanding as we all face the same challenges. Arium did not only seem unwilling to help but lacked communication within their organization as I was told contradictory information. The last straw was when their receptionist, Page, said in a very rude manner right before transferring my call "great customer service". I was being strung along with wrong information and was getting upset as I was being told excuse after excuse and yet she made a snarky comment to me. This is unprofessional and disheartening knowing our paths will continue to cross within this field.

It was not a positive experience. I completed my lease and they have been paid in full but in my experience this is not a place I would choose again. I had to repeatedly ask for any to get done and the thing I was told they would fix when I first walked through the apartment with their maintenance person where not ever done. They give the keys to your home to their pest contractor and do not monitor them in your home. When I called in the middle of the night because people were having a party at the pool they would not even ask them to leave. They do not clean the common halls and stairs. There are many options and I would look else where.
