This place is a hidden gem. Not as big a selection as your normal buffet, but all the food was delicious. If you like Thai food you must try this place.

I really like this restaurant. The lunch buffet is a great find. My wife and I frequent this business.

Baan Thai is a family run restaurant that serves delicious, authentic Thai food. I’m a longtime patron of this restaurant and have always enjoyed my meals whether dining in person or ordering takeout. If you want something that’s not on their extensive menu, they’ll gladly make it for you. Atmosphere is quiet but very family friendly and the Thai decor is nice. Prices are very reasonable and I always leave with leftovers because they serve such large portions. If you haven’t tried this little gem, you’re missing out.

I showed up at 1pm for the buffet and almost all of the dishes were empty and only a small batch of Pad Thai was refilled. I tried a little of whatever was left of all dishes along with the curry gravy. I've had authentic street Thai Food before, and I'd say the food are good but mostly meeting the American palette as they were bit sweeter than what it normally would be. Nice service.I will come back on the opening time to see if anything changes.

Amazing fresh Thai lunch buffet at a great low price. Nice Thai husband and wife that run the place. They have great pad Thai and all of their food is fresh because they bring it out in small batches. Hole-in-the-wall type place but great food and the cheapest I've found within two hours of here for Pad Thai. I've been to Thailand many times and this place reminds me a lot of what the restaurants are like there.

Place was empty and a little dark and dim; however, the waitress (owner?) was very nice. She was the only person in the building besides the cook. She tried to get us our things as quickly as possible. Great service. My husband got the taste of Thai- which was basically watered down curry with lots of veggies. The Thai fried rice was good - lots of flavor. However, we had left over and the next day after reheating it, it had a very sour smell to it. Pad kee mao was kinda salty and didn't have much flavor. I like fresh rice noodle for my pad kee mao, these were the dry noodles, so it wasn't the greatest. Chicken pad Thai was okay but the noddles were very broken, my son ended up eating it with a spoon.

Hello Y'all

I gave it these stars because the food at he buffet is cold and I don't think they know what they're doing honestly. Jmo.

Location on the Main Street430 Mary Esther Cut Off N.W., Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548Buffet 11-2pmA La Carte’ 3-9 pmM-SI have enjoyed both the buffet and A La Carte’ but have to say I enjoy the buffet much more since I love a variety of foods for my dinning pleasure ?. They don’t overload food on their steam cart but often replenish so be patient or just let them know what’s missing.COME AND TRY A NEW DISH OR TWO. DON’T FORGET TO SAMPLE FIRST, THERE’S ALWAYS MORE.

Very intrigued by the all you can eat Thai food. For the price, it was worth it. The curry dishes had solid authentic notes, surprisingly. Loved the fact that they provided chili/spice kit. The other dishes were Americanized as you would expect. We came at 11:15am; probably not a buffet place you want to show up late to.

It was AMAZING!!! I've never tried Thai food before and this was the best way to try a little bit of everything. I highly recommend it for the first time and even those who know what you like. Everything was made from scratch which made it SOO MUCH BETTER. The owner is so sweet. We'll definitely be back everytime we come visit our Mom in Florida. It's a MUST DO.
