“I had the chance to try this place for the first time yesterday. The food was excellent and the price was fair. My only complaint was the wait time. One of the staff offered me a brownie to apologize for the wait. So it that made it alright! I will come back again in the future. I had the chicken fingers and the fried pickles. And the brownie was awesome!“
“I had an amazing experience. I ordered through DoorDash for pickup but wound up arriving very early. I informed the staff that I was in no rush since it was my fault but they still continued to check on me. Mia at the cash register was extremely attentive and kind and they were able to fulfill my order quickly. Overall it was awesome and I will definitely be back!“
“I recently came here about 5 months and the service was really struggling, our food took 45 minutes to come out but was delicious and hot still. So I was hesitant to come back today but I did and the service was very good, the food came out quickly like I was in and out of the drive thru under 5 minutes. “This may be the only Popeyes in the world that doesn't have an hour wait (in January at least?) I pulled up, ordered, and got My food immediately. I couldn't believe it. It was hot, fresh, and accurate. I love Popeyes. It was just as delicious as always. It tried the mango slushy and it was really good. “This restaurant is inside the Food Court at the Exchange on Eglin AFB. This location consistently delivers quality food. There is plenty of seating in the food court; I've never seen it without at least one or two spots available, even on heavy shopping weekends. The drawback of this location is that they are regularly unable to fill large orders immediately. The last time I ordered a 16 pc family meal, we had to substitute a thigh for a breast and they had to drop the onion rings fresh, and it still took about 10 minutes to deliver the food. However, if you have the time, the food is always great and the service is kind. Don't forget to use your Exchange card for 10% off.“
“Went today and got chicken and fish and not only was the food wonderful, so was the service. The lady at the window was very patient and kind, and so was the gentleman. I had never been before but will definitely be back. Whoever worked today deserves a raise 10/10“
