“Update #2 - staff here efficiently turn over tables without making you feel rushed. Can now also recommend the poke bowl and the Good Life sushi roll - YUM!Update- we came back with more people! Can now also recommend the teriyaki scallops! The garlic chili edamame were a bit bland, but everything else was exceptional!Original review: I am so glad my daughter wanted sushi - we love to find new places in FWB! We were seated with no wait on a Thursday night, and parking was ample. The food at Soi was fresh and delicious - we particularly love the gyoza, steamed but lightly pan seared and crispy on the bottom. The Jonesin roll was my favorite (and the wasabi tobiko was amazing), but we also loved the Mango Tango and the Cucumber wrap Kawaii. We didn't have the sashimi, but it was so pretty I asked the people next to us if I could snap a picture! Service was fast, attentive, and cheerful. We will be back, probably later this week!”
“From the moment I walked in staff was super friendly and attentive. They explained the menu to me, spoke to me about the holi festival, and brought out my food quickly. The food was amazing, and the presentation was also very nice. I wish there were a few more signs explaining certain things about the restaurant and culture as some of their accents are hard to understand, but it was an excellent experience over all!”
“Yes, it is a shanty and you order at a window. But the food is spectacular and as affordable as any seafood you can find. Very highly recommend and well worth a trip.”
“Best shrimp tacos anywhere. Great location over the water, next to the the marina. I'm a 40 years plus local to the Emerald Coast and this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just don't feed the seagulls!”
“My dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of amazing! The owner personally served us, and his friendliness added an extra layer of warmth to our meal. We tried the lahmacun and adana kebab, both of which were absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic and left us craving for more. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Turkish cuisine served with a smile. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Nicole L. Was amazing! Our whole experience was top notch! The food was just the cheery on top! If you don't get the lemonchello cake you'll regret it!!”
“This is the second time my girlfriend and I have ordered take out from this restaurant. I wanted to wait till the second time to make sure the first wasn’t just a fluke. We have tried many Thai Restaurants around the FWB area and have decided this will be our go to for the best and most consistent Thai Cuisine. Some of the things I like is the fact that they use quality containers to package the to go orders. A lot of other places will use cheap styrofoam to go plates and they will crack and break and will leak all in the bag and sometimes in your car. O’Sha Thai uses hefty containers that are very durable and leak proof. Also you can wash them out and reuse them if you’d like. All of the employees I have talked to speak very good English and are easy to understand and very polite on the phone and in person. Also the restaurant is extremely clean.I usually get the beef and broccoli and my girlfriend likes the All season I think it’s called with beef. Also we get the crunchy rolls they are delicious! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. The first visit wasn’t a fluke this is just a very well run business and I hope they do well.”
“OMG!! I just saw this place as I was driving by and I had just talked about German food. I decided to try it. I am 1st Generation German born in America and know my way around German food. I will absolutely say that if you like German food and are in this area... you have to go here. Probably the best Jaeger Schnitzel and Spatzel I have ever had. This place was awesome and will be on my revisit list when I come back!”

“Okay. *cracks knuckles* Oh sweet Stewby’s. Y’all. We went for lunch and there was a line when we walked in, but it was soooo worth a short 20-min wait from walking in to getting our food. The gentleman who took our order was a southern sweetheart, and the food was just the best. My husband and I are super into casual atmospheres and good cookin’ and this place FITS. THE. BILL. Just stop reading my review and go. Savor every bite.If you want to keep reading this as you make your way over, first off, know that the sweet teas are huge and perfectly brewed, and we got free refills as we walked out. Practically a gallon of tea between the four cups total we got to enjoy. I heartily devoured the fried shrimp dinner with baked beans and coleslaw (I’m particular about my slaw and this was great slaw) The shrimp is tender and cooked to perfection. The batter on the shrimp is simply the best—not too much, not too little, stays on the shrimp, and super tasty. The baked beans were sweet, unique, and truly delightful. My husband ordered the fried fish of the day (Mahi Mahi) with collard greens (to die for) and cheese grits (very yummy). Don’t get me started on the hushpuppies, which were so flavorful and not your standard dry hushpuppies but instead succulent and divine. We basically skipped out of the restaurant. It not only filled our tummies but also our souls. We usually only say grace and thank the Lord before every meal but we thanked the Lord before, during, AND after this one.PS: Stewby’s, we are willing to be unpaid actors for your commercials. Just give us a meal and we will scream your name from the rooftops. God bless y’all for creating such a fabulous restaurant to brighten the lives of the working class.”
“High-end Korean steakhouse worthy of Seoul's super exclusive Itaewon District.Vegetarian options: Knowledgeable wait staff will point out vegetarian options, or vegetarian modifications that can be done to some dishes.”
“This place is my FAVORITE place to eat here in the local area. So amazing! It’s a must try. And the workers here are so nice and helpful. I will always be a returning customer here!”
“The crab legs were great! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and our bartender, Nicole, provided A++ service! Our dog had a great time, too. We’ll be back.”
“We are here from TN where there are no Peruvian restaurants. First when you walk in it is neat and clean and spacious with a beautiful decor including Peruvian artwork. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and attentive. I wanted to introduce my friends to authentic Peruvian cuisine like my mother in law used to make. We ordered anticocho, lomo saltaldo, and yucca Frita. The food was perfection. I can not say enough about how great it was. It reminded me of my mother in law’s cooking.”
“If you see the truck, you've GOT to try these tacos! My husband and I have been vegan for 7 years and these are the best tacos we've ever tasted, hands down! It's crazy that healthy food can taste so good! The owners are super nice and great to talk to as well.Vegetarian options: All veganDietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free”
“Better than cowhead! Sax grille has great buns, great beef, great fries and the best part is that it doesn’t leave me feeling terrible like some other burger joints around the area. Price is the cherry on top!”
“Great authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, their mofongo is so tasty and delicious. Their meat is very well seasoned and cooked, you won't need the knife to cut any of their meats. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this place and it's a must go location if you are in the Fort Walton location. Thumbs ”
“Absolutely delicious! Friendly service. Amazing food. This was right next door to where we stayed. Had this one night, and the Shanty the next. Should have ate here all three nights of our visit.”
“A little hidden shop in the Choctaw Plaza with huge flavor! The macaroons are amazing! Everything is made in house fresh and just to die for!!! don't skip this place for a quick treat!”
“Tonight was a late night at work, but I was craving some ramen. I’ve always heard amazing things about this place and tonight proved why. I pulled up as they were closing down. And still offered to be able to make my ramen bowl for me. The flavor and spice was just right!! Amazing food!! I will be back for sure and I’m definitely going to try their breakfast.”

“Easily the best coffee shop/café in the area, and I’ve tried all of them! My go-to order, the Vanilla Latte with almond milk, is a standout for its perfect balance—not too strong or too sweet. It pairs well with the breakfast sandwich: bacon, egg, & cheese on a freshly-baked croissant. You can really taste the quality and freshness, setting it apart from the rest. The atmosphere here is unmatched—offering a spacious interior with ample seating and plenty of power outlets, making it an ideal spot for work or study. The vibe is just right for productivity or relaxing with a good book and your favorite drink.”
“Absolutely delicious. Moco Loco is where it's at!UPDATE: I order the large plate today and hot damn! The pork and chicken are always delicious but what knocked it out of the ballpark was the freaking cabbage! I ordered it on a whim and damn, it was so beyond delicious. 10/10”

“Love the bartender, Jerry. He is fabulous. Matt, the owner is hands-on and “works” the floor as a great owner would do but we don’t see that often, do we? Cody does a nice job, too. We’ve had him as a bartender often.”
“Hidden gem in Marriott Courtyard. A gourmet Italian restaurant. The shrimp carbonara was luscious! The live music was charming and not too loud. Do not miss this wonderful place.”
“The pool is very nice and the rocks with water flowing down is a good feature. The music is also a good vibe. The rooms are made up well and has everything you need. There was a volleyball tournament while we were at the resort and the easy access to the beach made it easy for my family to watch it.”
Outdoor Dining
“Yes, it is a shanty and you order at a window. But the food is spectacular and as affordable as any seafood you can find. Very highly recommend and well worth a trip.”
“Best Chicago dog in the area. When I saw the fries wrapped in with the dog, I knew this place was going to be good. Great pricing too. Any Chicago native will give this a thumbs up. Glad we found a piece of home down here.”
“Best shrimp tacos anywhere. Great location over the water, next to the the marina. I'm a 40 years plus local to the Emerald Coast and this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just don't feed the seagulls!”
“This place has the best Thai options in the area. Soooo good. It’s my new favorite place for Thai. The service was excellent too, but the music was a little annoying. Regardless, I’d sit through music I don’t like to experience the food.Vegetarian options: Just ask for not meat.”
“Nicole L. Was amazing! Our whole experience was top notch! The food was just the cheery on top! If you don't get the lemonchello cake you'll regret it!!”
“As I sit here listening to the young lady play her guitar with a full belly & bottomless mimosas, i think most people would be jealous of me at this very moment! The atmosphere is remarkable & the food is huge portions of deliciousness! Try the breakfast bowl!”
“Swanky place in the best way possible, with diverse activities. There are so many activities and space for self-expression & connecting with others. Menu is limited but delicious. Pet friendly. Service is top-notch.Parking: Street parking and public parking lot in back”
“Great food, friendly service, one of my favorite cafés to eat lunch at. Lots of salads to choose from but my favorite is chicken salad on a croissant, pecans and broccoli salad.”
“I recently tried Okki Dokki Korean Restaurant in Fort Walton and I'm hooked! The kimchi fried rice is a must-try, with just the right amount of spice, and the banchan sides add a tasty touch to every meal. Whether you're a Korean food enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place won't disappoint.”
“I had the Bunny Love juice! It had carrot, kale, cinnamon and a few other delicious ingredients. The service was fast. The ambiance was really cool. I loved the blue tile counter top.”
“Cute place to grab some coffee and a snack in the early cool mornings before a beach day! The servers are very kind, and the atmosphere is open and warm, I love the reading nook off to the side near the windows, where you can buy a book or trade one! They also have lots of cute beach souviners! I recommend getting the ham and cheese croissant. They make their croissants fresh & in-house, and they are delicious!”
“Easily the best coffee shop in town. The one in Destin is the best one in that town too! Beautiful crafted coffees that are always fresh. The danishes are to die for too. Thanks MAAS, keep up that roasting magic for us bean heads! ?”
“I'm from the taco capitol of Texas and I was surprised at how good the tacos were. They are amazing and the salsa is super spicy. It has tables by the water. Good place for kids too. Loved the street tacos and they are super friendly there.”
“My girlfriend and I decided to check out Heavenly Croissants after living here our whole life. We both got a Sausage Egg and Cheese croissant and 2 pastries. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing and the pastries were awesome. We got the blue berry cream cheese danish and a chocolate croissant. Both a 10/10. It was so good after our Sams Trip I went back to get the Triple Club & Swiss Cheese for lunch. Heavenly Croissants is definitely going to be part of our weekly Sams trip. I also bought a shirt :)”
“We ordered our food to pick up near closing time as we got there the food was nice and ready. My only complaint is that I ordered hot salsa and it was not hot at all. Always friendly service and fast .”
“It’s SO GREAT! I had the Pork Japanese Curry and a Mt Fuji roll. Great friendly service, large portions, and genuinely authentic tasting curry! Will absolutely be back when I travel back out this way.”
“Great consistent food! Have been a long time customer and they have even remember what I order! This will always be my favorite place to eat Korean bbq & sushi.”
“As expected and worth the $$$. Well packaged pick up order. Delicious tuna dip, gumbo, and steamers.Back again in April 2024. Got the Surf and Turf (NY Strip and Shrimp) and the Surf and King (NY Strip and King Crab). Both come with complimentary house salads, red potatoes, and a vegetable medley.Medium-Rare steaks were cooked well, and plates had good portions of shrimp and crab with the 12 ounce steak. Might seem pricey, but it's quality food, and you'll leave stuffed. Great service today, too.Parking: There is some parking in the back.”

“Go to smoothie shop in the area. Delicious, massive energy teas and meal replacement smoothies. I think the name of the shop has changed once or twice and I can never find it on Google but Yelp helps me get there every time.”
“Did you party too hard Saturday night? Looking for a place to chase the hair of the dog? Two words my friends: Bottomless. Mimosas. This is where you want to be Sunday morning. Sipping the finest cheap champagne, watching your favorite game on the biggest of screens, and filling your gut with sufficient greasy, delicious breakfast chorizo in one of many delectable formats. The boardroom: The hangover cure of choice in Northwest Florida.”
“This was the first brewery I decided to check out in the area while I was out here for work. It's tucked away down a side street, but pretty convenient to get to it seemed. The woman behind the counter was extremely nice and legitimately seems to care about who patrons the place. The brewery itself was pretty cozy, going for an aviation theme, which makes sense with the Air Force base basically next door (explains the military discount they offer on Tuesdays as well). They had just opened the actual brewery equipment area in the back for guests and have corn hole back there and a few other board games to choose from. Seemed like a place for regulars to come to. Everyone at the bar seemed to know each other and the bartender. But it was also inviting to a non-local which usually isn't the case, so that was really cool of them. There's a good variety of beers to choose from with a bit of an emphasis on lighter styles/IPAs which is a-ok in my book with the heat Florida has to offer. The regular blonde was pretty standard, an easy drinker. I did sample the blood orange blonde as well, but it was very fruit forward and the small glass I had had orange residue after I finished. The blueberry Pilsner was also super fruit forward but I could appreciate them not lacking on the flavor for that one since I'm a sucker for blueberry beers. Overall cool little spot in an area without a lot of choices for breweries. It sounded like they were trying to make plans to do more with the space too, so I'd be excited to see what they come up with as time goes on.”
“Hubs and I placed an online order, unfortunately, it did not go through but boy, was the service exceptional and amazing. Great food, enough for two meals each. My favorite new place now.”
“I was seated straight away. The service great, as was the food. All for a very reasonable price. It had been over 10 yrs since my last visit to this location, and I will definitely be back again anytime I'm back in town!”
“Since I don't live in the area, I've only had the pleasure of dining at Clemenza's at Uptown on two occasions (so far!).? Each visit was such a DELIGHTFUL TREAT!Upon entering the restaurant & being greeted, I felt GENUINELY welcomed in. I'd describe the atmosphere as EASY, CLASSIC, COMFORTABLE, ELEGANT. The service was OUTSTANDING! ...it's as if the servers are GLAD to be there & they KNOW they're about to give you an AMAZING dining experience! The food was EXQUISITE? both visits, IMPECCABLE! I'm sure I'll be visiting again when I'm back in the area & I'm definitely looking forward to it!Parking: The parking lot (located right outside the restaurant) provides plenty of parking possibilities.Wheelchair accessibility: Although I didn't notice any wheelchairs during our visits, the entrance does appear to be wheelchair accessible & there are tables that would easily & efficiently accommodate a wheelchair.”
“Great music, staff was friendly and great at sharing info on the menu and made some good recommendations. Food was absolutely amazing and just so flavorful and fresh !! Had some Barbacoa tacos, a chorizo taco all was amazing. If you like good tacos and authentic get your butt here. Definitely worth the trip!!”
“Wonderful food. Always good. Biscuits are always great but they were fantastic last time. Sweet tea is always good but again fantastic last time. Nice size meal. Had extra to bring home. Only thing that was off. No lobster dishes during lobster fest. They were out of everything but the live whole lobster. Not a big deal for us but we had wanted to get a lobster appetizer that they didn't have. Still we very much enjoyed it.”
“The view is absolutely amazing. You can see the water, feel the breeze and really soak in the setting. The food is pretty good, my favorite is AJ’s House Sandwich. It’s absolutely delicious. The AJ’s Pasta Orleans is also really delicious. The oysters are great too. Some of the food can be a miss but these are my guaranteed favorites. They have a wide variety of drinks. Service is okay, they are friendly but they are usually very busy and it’s hard for them to keep up. Overall, we enjoy coming here frequently. It’s a great little restaurant.”
“They made the fish that we caught today. It was delicious!!!!! So happy we came here! Ashley was our server and she was very good! She put up with my father's drawn out questions and stories! Next time we are in Ft. Walton we will be back.”
“Love this place for Chinese food. Prices are reasonable, food is consistently well prepared. Family business... building could use some renovations, but it is pretty clean inside, just in an older strip mall... and the restaurant reflects that...”
“Just middle of the road, nothing stands out. Pulled pork nothing special, fair taste. Baked beans not good , can beans. Cole slaw was the best on the plate.Service was good.”
“I read the reviews before coming here. And was hesitant but i wanted to try for myself. Glad I did. Not bad at all!And I'll just say:FOOD: ? the food is exactly what "Chinese food in America" is expected to be. It was good. It wasn't overly salty like other Chinese restaurants. There is a variety of choices too. This is probably to appease the American taste buds who would truly be turned off by authentic Chinese food. I enjoyed the selection of food.COST: ? the price is very fair considering you can eat as much as you want. We were seated at 5pm and the guy next to me raved about how he had been there since 2pm. Now, they do warn you that if you do not finish your plate, you will be charged for wasted food. I'm not even mad about that. People are wasteful and take food for granted on a daily. So just make sure you get only what you'll eat.SERVICE: ? we were greeted, seated fast and the waiter came to our table twice to clear plates. They never once asked if we needed a refill (which we did) but still, they were friendly. Had we asked, I'm sure he would have been apologetic and done it. I mean, technically, they bus tables not serve food. So already, their tip is smaller than normal by default. We still gladly tipped bc they do work to clear your table.Kid-friendliness: Children 5 and under have a price difference”
“I ordered the Sashimi Box. The tuna sashimi was very tasty. The fried rice was well seasoned and delicious. The waitstaff were cheerful and the atmosphere was pleasant.Although it does not exactly match the Japanese food offered in Japan, all the food was delicious and I would like to visit again.Vegetarian options: Vegetable Tempura Dinner”
“My wife and I stopped in Friday night after reading about this restaurant. We had a fantastic experience. The place was so nice loved hearing about the history of the home. The food was amazing. We had the tomahawk steak. It was one of the best tasting steaks I’ve had. Wonderful portions and the veggies were delicious also. We will definitely be back and have been recommending to our friends.”

Fresh Cravez
“Really impressed with this juice company. I discovered them while visiting Florida but after trying then, I had to have them shipped to me. It literally taste like LIFE. The flavors are health conscious and innovative blends. I only wish each bottle was bigger. Practical serving size and fairly priced. I can't get enough. I have the spicy yellow blend for breakfast every morning.”
“We were already in the parking lot so we decided to go for a steak. For starters we had the stuffed mushrooms and they were to die for. I had the renegade sirloin and red rock shrimp with fries and the fire grilled corn on the cob. My oldest had a flo's filet and my other had a bowl of the shrimp and lobster chowder. I thought mine was supposed to come with a salad but I think she may have subbed the corn for it, I didn't realize until food was coming out. Service was great, she was on the ball with refills. I also had a coupon for a free desert but everyone was full so I picked one without ice cream and took it to go. It's very pricey there so we don't go often. This time was well worth the wait.”
24 Hour Restaurants
“I live in San Antonio and we don't have any close WH, so when I come to visit my family for Christmas I always stop here one time for food and every year the staff is so nice, they keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean. this is my favorite WH I hope the staff here all get raises ♥️”
“Florida's bastion of late night food runs, second only to Waffle House.Parking: Curbside pickup is availableKid-friendliness: Kids menu and high chairs available”
“It's Denny's... It was darn good food. Service was quick but quite frankly... could have been friendlier and less frank and abrupt. We always hit a Denny's when we're traveling.”
“Most Waffle Houses are pretty good, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had!! No lie. No exaggeration. The staff was extra pleasant and showed they were more than happy to be there working. The waitress did a superb job of making sure my sausage was well done (seriously, it never happens anywhere).I think this location is slightly more expensive, but it's the location. Ha ha.I would DEFINITELY recommend visiting these great people for a great experience. If we make it back yo Destin, we will be back to this Waffle House!!!”
“What amazing employees at this whataburger. . We would definitely come back. So friendly. They took care of us.Food was excellent! They made friends from Minnesota. Thank you ”
“Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes and the food was not steaming hot when we got it. First time at WhataBurger. We all thought the burgers and sandwiches were good and the fries were okay.”
“Me and my boyfriend love to come for date nights. I get a nice glass of wine and he always tries a different cocktail. We’ve had a bunch of different menu items over the years and we haven’t had anything we didn’t like. My favorite is probably the blacked seafood pasta. We love the grouper, salads, gumbo, literally everything. 10/10 recommend!”
“Drove through on our way home from Coco Beach and decided to stretch our legs here, great market, loved the products! My husband bought "gator plums"?? And fell in love, he has been looking for them since.”
“My wife and I are down here for our 20th anniversary. The food was great, I had the grouper and my wife had the New York strip. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted wonderful. Took home a slice of key lime pie which was one of best I had in the area.”
Takeout Restaurants
“We love a fresh tasting acai bowl any time of the year! Best place to get it at. When it's crowded it can be a wait to order and get ur bowl but so worth it. We love the local bowl with light granola since I share with my son. Cute spot to hang out when it's not crowded.”
“Very good variety of fresh croissants. We chose the croissants filled with meats and cheese, chocolate and almond paste and raspberry! Wonderful friendly service and cute little cafe! 100% recommend!”
“Im moving to Alaska this year and one thing I regularly think about missing is Tops. I personally think its the best most greasy burger in town and its delicious. The people working the window are always super nice and helpful and even though the line is usually around the building it moves quick. Super cheap burger but tastes great.”
“Had the pleasure of eating here twice during my stay and it was amazing each time! The food tastes amazing and the service made me feel right at home! They made my birthday breakfast feel super special! I met the owners and they are amazing people and I hope you come to enjoy breakfast here!”
“Runnnnnn!!!! Go try this place out. Some of the BEST pizza ever. Customer service was great atmosphere was awesome but that pizza my goodness!!! We are going again today!!!”
“What a great place to eat, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had an amazing experience here while visiting Florida with my fiancée and daughter. I didn’t catch the young ladies name but she went above and beyond to make my daughter laugh. The service and the pho guarantee we visit here anytime I’m in the area.”
“In town for 3 weeks so our first time here. Will definitely be back! Very clean, very friendly, knowledgeable staff and best of all, food was spot on! ? I had the vegetable Pad Thai and fried egg rolls. Highly recommend both! Huge serving, which gave me enough for 2 more meals! Go!”
“Grabbed some take out via my own DoorDash app(not everyone that orders via DoorDash is DoorDashing). Taco salad was legit and the food was amazing. They did miss my full bag of chips add on; but that’s ok.Ps. when I’m scooping my 3rd side of hot sauce because I didn’t get what I asked for (hot salsa on the side); don’t ask if everything is ok like I’m steal hot sauce after leaving a cash tip. It’s ok. ? the ladies working the order were hustling and were awesome! ?”
“I live right around the corner and had seen this restaurant on my way to work. I stopped in to get lunch today. I got a teriyaki bento box. It was teriyaki chicken with white rice, two flavorful dumplings, four California roles. All very fresh and honestly the best California roll I've had ever. It also came with a very fresh side salad! Just an overall very present meal, staff and location. Definitely stop by for an inexpensive, delicious meal!Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid there when I went, he was chilling watching the documentary about birds on one of the TVS. I also enjoyed the documentary as it's more entertaining than the news.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step up maybe a few inches to get into the side walk but the resteraunt is open floor plan otherwise and the door was propped open when I went.”
“Cold drinks and great food! Favorite place in town for my wife and I to hang out with friends. Owners and staff have become family, and we're grateful to have KC's around.”
“Our favorite Mexican restaurant, forget the other places this place serves up great dishes and great service. I love the chili relllenos. My husband loves the Carne asade and tamales. Great chips, salsa, and cheese dip!”
“Hidden gem in Marriott Courtyard. A gourmet Italian restaurant. The shrimp carbonara was luscious! The live music was charming and not too loud. Do not miss this wonderful place.”
“I got here about 10 minutes or more after closing. New to the area I decided to peer through the window anyway. The proprietor who was in her car ready to leave after an early morning popped her head out and asked " can I help you?" I said I knew the place was closed but was investigating for the next time. She then asked what I was looking for... a bday cake for my son for a little celebration. She the offered to open the store and show me a little pie cake she'd whipped up from left over batter that morning. A test run she said. I bought it! It was delicious and fresh. Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding and whipped cream ice cream. Perfect for what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to go out of her way to help me.”
“Make this one of your lunch spots while in Ft Walton. Always fresh, consistent, and affordable. My favorite is Pork Baja Taco Bowl w/ cabbage, no lettuce. Use the house hot sauce.”
“Being in business for 40 years doesn't happen by accident. Impeccable dishes with great service at a quaint little romantic hideaway. Off the beaten path and hard to find, but beyond worth it. Try the spicy shrimp appetizer, it does not disappoint!”
“It was late, food was good, service could have been a tad better. There wasn't a whole lot of people there and we felt as if they want us out as soon as possible.”

“The best first, second, and third option when deciding what to eat except on Sunday. :-) It’s simple and they usually always get the order right. Works out every time.”
“Pretty much your typical Golden Corral, but the staff all seemed happy and they were hustling even near closing time. The bone in catfish were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived on the coast all of my life. Hands down perfection. I didn’t catch my waitresses name, but she was awesome, even with her being super busy!!!”
“I Don’t come here too often but when I do they make my day AND food right every single time! “Went today and got chicken and fish and not only was the food wonderful, so was the service. The lady at the window was very patient and kind, and so was the gentleman. I had never been before but will definitely be back. Whoever worked today deserves a raise 10/10”
“Friendly greeting at the drive thru, put all sauces in the bag *without* me asking for Arby's sauce, and the food was as good as expected. Would visit again if I lived in Florida!”
“I absolutely love going to this location with my boyfriend. Samantha gives us a amazing experience. She's good and quick at making our food it's always fresh. Her customer service skills are above and beyond . She is me and my boyfriend's absolute favorite would recommend going to this location.”
“First timer. Older building, could obviously use some updates, but very clean environment - booths, tables wiped down, front counter clean and uncluttered.I mean... it's fast-seafood. They do make it fresh, though. There are no "hot-spot" lights rotting the food while it waits to be bought. Not too spectacular, but it's no way near as greasy as a Whataburger... ? I especially like the sides to choose from, something besides French-Fries. ?Daniel treated me like a celeb!Though I was on foot I got it to go... (5 minute walk to my hotel room) Whitefish dinner was good, Filled me up.Dining solo I spent $13 (with an extra side of Hush-Puppies ?)”
“I went through the drive through and everything including ketchup was in the bag when they brought it to my car. Therefore, I can't really speak to atmosphere. I can tell you that I had the best Reuben that I have had in years! It was cooked perfectly. It was crunchy on the crusts and soft in the middle and had a great ratio of meat to cheese. I did ask for extra dressing on it but that's just my personal preference. I've never been inside the restaurant.”
“I recently came here about 5 months and the service was really struggling, our food took 45 minutes to come out but was delicious and hot still. So I was hesitant to come back today but I did and the service was very good, the food came out quickly like I was in and out of the drive thru under 5 minutes. The food was hot and delicious, keep up the good job! Management makes the difference.”
“Okay so it's not a five star (by the conventional definition) quote high-end restaurant; however, this particular store is five star in it's class. I think it's because the employees.Parking: Even has a bike rack”
“2022: Great food. Their chicken is nice and soft. The rice and noodles were undercooked, so we couldn't enjoy the rice especially since it was hard and very oily. But we love the chicken and sauce2/18/2024 the apple pies are not worth the price. The apple square chunks tasted like they were from a can. Doesn't taste like real apples. The apple pie itself is thin and mostly bread.”

“Every time I get good from here Tatisha is so up-beat and happy and efficient. The food is always delicious, but really her attitude makes it so much more enjoyable to spend my money here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“It doesn't have a lot of ppl flow generally, but it has 2 pool tables, room to dance, & great drink deals. The service & most patrons are nice. Although the drinks are well priced, the attached liquor store is slightly high...”
“I had an Amazing Charizo omelet that was to die for with the biggest breakfast tots ever. Not to mention our mango cocktails. The atmosphere is exactly what u want at an early breakfast. Quaint and quiet and server was kind and prompt.”

“Fantastic food and service. Family owned and operated. Everything made in-house. Don't go spend the same money at a chain "Mexican" restaurant that serves low-quality, americanized food. This local business needs support more than a Peppers or Pedro'”
“I traveled to FWB for a license renewal but that office closes from 11-12 for lunch so I looked for some lunch myself and found La Place BBQ. I was greeted by the nicest lady and promptly got a seat. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich with 2 sides, BBQ baked beans and potato salad. The food came out fast and every mouthful was absolutely delicious. Some of the most flavorful food I've ever eaten. All the staff is super friendly too! When I come back to FWB I'll be sure to visit again.”
“Ronald and Karen made great pizzas for my crew. We had Pepperoni and a BBQ Chicken. Both were wonderful. The bartenders Timothy and Yolonda were nice and great to talk to. We had the Beach Bum and a Blue Moon ”

“We went on "Taco Tuesday" and I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time there and the food was pretty tasty. I had the special which was 2 tacos, with chips and a drink. I added a side of salsa which was okay. I definitely plan to give them another try.Parking: There's a nice size parking lot at the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There were many kids there when we went.”
“Very friendly staff! If you’re looking for a small, quiet breakfast diner, this is the place! Amazing food, what you would expect at a breakfast/lunch diner! Would recommend to anyone ”
“Sometimes you wake up in the morning and decide you're going to space early. And then, the hunger strikes and waffle house just isn't gonna cut it, so you go on an adventure. Rarely do you find success before elevated starvation has you resentfully pulling in under the nearest arches or waiting in line for a spot at a chain brunch spot. Today though, today was a day reserved for the annals of lifted culinary history. We stumbled onto a place with amazing, creative, well executed breakfast dishes playing a soundtrack perfectly suited to our journey. I can only assume they aren't busy because it's a cold day at the beach. If you're looking for a place to assuage the munchies that inspired you to leave your couch, this is your spot for really terrific breakfastdilalalalalalas.”
“Great Drinks and Super friendly owner. Didnt like the drink i ordered atfirst so she made me another one that i would like better and i LOVED it! Definitely my go-to loaded tea shop!! fruit-roll up is definitely my favorite!”
“We love a fresh tasting acai bowl any time of the year! Best place to get it at. When it's crowded it can be a wait to order and get ur bowl but so worth it. We love the local bowl with light granola since I share with my son. Cute spot to hang out when it's not crowded.”
“Went here to order a cheesecake for my fiancé’s bday. Had lunch. It was so good. I wasn’t expecting the flavors I got from this little hole on the wall bakery but lunch (chicken salad croissant and salad) was sogood I ordered an entire cheesecake. Coconut cake was moist but not too sweet. Love love love. I’ll be back. Thanks a million. My fiancé said it was the best cheesecake he ever had!”
“Absolutely love this place! It's a friendly little dive bar. Best yet, they have amazing food! Open late even for food. It's kid friendly and the owner is on hand more times than not right behind the counter. I highly recommend this place! Try the loaded fries!Kid-friendliness: I've taken my own and they loved it. Place is always clean and safe.”
“Yesssss their lunch specials are such a great deal! $10-15! Service is very fast and portions are huge....excellent value. I've never cared for fried rice at most places I go to, but this place is the only location where id go to specifically for the thai fried rice! Soooo good!”
“Awesome place!! Food was amazing and service was over the top. We had a party of 95 and they had our seats waiting for us! Our party was seated and served and out within an hour and a half!”

“The food and staff here are AMAZING! Our family has been to several Korean restaurants in Pensacola, Ft. Walton, and a few out of state. One of the ones we'd previously gone to would be considered on the fine dining level, but Kim's food actually outshines even that restaurant by far! Kim's is our absolute favorite. My daughter and I came for lunch one day and enjoyed ourselves so much, we came back a few days later with the rest of the family and did the Korean BBQ. Our family also said that Kim's is now their favorite too. Service is fabulous and there wasn't one thing we tried that we didn't enjoy. The kimchi soup us soooo good! I especially love the bulgogi. My daughter especially loves the pork belly. Anything you order, you can't go wrong!”
“I normally don’t post reviews but this place deserves one. This place was awesome! The staff was very accommodating. We are gluten free and both the sushi and kitchen chef helped us out with what we can and cannot have and for the ones that we cannot have they substituted. Definitely worth it!”
“The baddest females! They will make you feel welcome, it’s a wonderful atmosphere. Music is top tier. Lacy, Daisy, Kisses, and pretty much all the women are gorgeous and elegant performers!!!”
“I eat there all the time. The staff is friendly and the food is great! They are also pretty fast even if they are busy.Parking: There's not a lot of parking so if they are busy it'll be tight, but their food is worth it!”
“From entering the door, the staff made us feel welcome, comfortable, and they were very accommodating. Had a jovial time talking with the family centered owners and staff who took the time to greet us. The kids enjoyed themselves. Game activities such as pool tables, dart boards, and televised sports events were absolutely perfect. The staff cared enough for our group to seat us away from the length of the pool tables. As great as all of that was, the best was yet to come. The food was mouth-watering delicious. It didn't come to the table in a New York minute, but it was well worth the wait. The BBQ briskets and ribs were off the chain. Everything we ordered from the menu was done to perfection. We were just passing through FWB for the weekend and heard about Poppy C's and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. Their eloquence in service to the military family is recognizable just from approaching their establishment. Heartfelt salute to the owners and staff.”
“Absolutely amazing!! Tried their gumbo at the fair and it was the best I ever had.. I had to find them and get some more. Many places advertise cajun food then it turns out bland, that is not the case here. Its spicy but not with just heat it is an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I also bought several other items off their menu that were all fantastic... Whoever left the negative rating must not have taste buds or like having flavor in their food... I'm extremely picky about my Gumbo and will only eat it from a very few places and I will say theirs is the best and I want to eat it by the buckets. Thank you Gwen for sharing your wonderful food and talent with the world, I wish you and your business many wonderful and fruitful years.”
“Love the bartender, Jerry. He is fabulous. Matt, the owner is hands-on and “works” the floor as a great owner would do but we don’t see that often, do we? Cody does a nice job, too. We’ve had him as a bartender often.”
“Update: The owner reached out to me right away and apologized. He did not charge me for the food. He told me this was not representative of what they serve at all and has invited me to give them another try. I’m very happy with the result of rectifying the problem. I will be trying their new location once it is open.Burnt, stale chicken. Not fresh at all. 12 piece didn’t come with large side, but very small ones. No moonpies. $50 ripoff.”
“I'm from the taco capitol of Texas and I was surprised at how good the tacos were. They are amazing and the salsa is super spicy. It has tables by the water. Good place for kids too. Loved the street tacos and they are super friendly there.”

“We stopped here for dinner while vacationing in the area. They promote an all you can eat shrimp. We all got that. It was good fried popcorn shrimp. I actually liked the fries even more. The atmosphere was great and its right on the beach.”
“They made the fish that we caught today. It was delicious!!!!! So happy we came here! Ashley was our server and she was very good! She put up with my father's drawn out questions and stories! Next time we are in Ft. Walton we will be back.”
“High-end Korean steakhouse worthy of Seoul's super exclusive Itaewon District.Vegetarian options: Knowledgeable wait staff will point out vegetarian options, or vegetarian modifications that can be done to some dishes.”
“AJ's shrimp and grits is one of my faves. The sauce they use is divine. I tried to get what seasonings they use on the biscuits out of the waiter, but he must have been raised in the mafia or something because he wasn't talking. The whole place is laid-back, friendly, and welcoming.”
“Absolutely delicious! Friendly service. Amazing food. This was right next door to where we stayed. Had this one night, and the Shanty the next. Should have ate here all three nights of our visit.”
“Had the pleasure of eating here twice during my stay and it was amazing each time! The food tastes amazing and the service made me feel right at home! They made my birthday breakfast feel super special! I met the owners and they are amazing people and I hope you come to enjoy breakfast here!”
“This place is great! Love coming here. Both indoor and outdoor areas to eat. There is a large bar inside with a mini arcade adjacent to it. The pizza is so good. We tryed the wings on this visit. Carolina Gold is the flavor that won us over. They have lots of choices. The service continues to be an issue. This was my 4th time going and I haven’t has a seamless service yet. But that doesn’t stop me from coming back! Would recommend to anyone. The best part for us is we can drive our boat there! So perfect in the summer.”
“Runnnnnn!!!! Go try this place out. Some of the BEST pizza ever. Customer service was great atmosphere was awesome but that pizza my goodness!!! We are going again today!!!”
“The best first, second, and third option when deciding what to eat except on Sunday. :-) It’s simple and they usually always get the order right. Works out every time.”
“Sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes and the food was not steaming hot when we got it. First time at WhataBurger. We all thought the burgers and sandwiches were good and the fries were okay.”

“We came in less than an hour after opening, so we were one of two tables. Our waitress was attentive and shared recommendations. I didn't have any beer, but my husband had the Antiquation. I'm not really a beer drinker, but he said it was good. Nice to have another local option for craft beer! The chicken thigh nugs were great-- fried perfectly, the right amount of dill spice in the batter, and the FL white bbq sauce was the perfect dipping sauce! The fried artichoke is so different, but we could've eaten half a dozen orders of these. The black garlic aioli is tasty, but a little goes a long way. We elected to try the Sorvan pizza-- pepperoni, Conecuh sausage, red onion, olives, mushrooms and green peppers. The focaccia bread that they use as the crust is phenomenal. The flavors were definitely there. My only complaint is that it was very heavy on the green peppers and seemed to have only a single pepperoni and sausage piece per slice. The peppers overshadowed the rest of the flavors, so I picked them off. We'll definitely go back- especially to sit outside on their covered patio on a beautiful day!”
“Love love love!!! It's my favorite place for my favorite food! ? small little place with amazing food. Yummy! So good he didn't even let me get a picture before mowing into his fresas con crema.”
“The crab legs were great! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and our bartender, Nicole, provided A++ service! Our dog had a great time, too. We’ll be back.”
