Food is good. But they definitely put less food compared to every other chipotle I go to. Seems like the staff is to lazy to make more, and skimp on bowls so they don't have to.

Worst chipotle ive ever been in. Came in around 3:00 on 3/3/24. Did a order pickup.Every table was filthy. There was standing water in the middle of the order isle. Staff was chit chatting and bsing. The floors and carpets were disgusting as well as the utensil area. Surprised I didnt see bugs.I called the health department on them and threw out my food.

While standing in line one of their employees looked very pissed off. They were out of sour cream and sweet tea. Then they put my food bowl and chips on a dirty tray. There were lots of dirty tables as well.

I’m here for travel for a few months. I honestly never thought I’d find a worse chipotle location than the one back home who regularly gets orders wrong.This location is ALWAYS out of fajita veggies. Out of the 8 or so times I’ve been here in the last month they have had it only once. Last Saturday they didn’t even have steak.And there is one guy who is the worst at giving proper servings. Every time I get him my burrito is like half the size of a normal one. This is after I watched him load up to the top two bowls for the guy in front of me. To top it all the man is slooooooow at making them.This place seems to need either better employees or new management because it’s pretty ridiculous how much I have to spend for the small amount of food I get. The drive through is somehow even worse with portions.

I came here with my friends and the restaurant was really dirty. One of the workers, he was an older gentleman, provided great service! He’s the only reason I’m at least giving two stars, I wish I could give more. He was very sweet and welcoming, but then someone else had to finish my order. She was extremely rude. I was talking to her and asking her questions and she just didn’t respond. She just stared at me with the meanest facial expression as if me ordering food was the biggest inconvenience. I don’t understand how management lets someone like that work for their store. The store was also super dirty. :( I usually only write great reviews but I had to share my thoughts. I wish I could give this place a better review.
