Got a double smash burger. Seems like the meat should at least fill the bun but didn't. Waiter was good but quality of food was poor

This visit reminded me of why I was so sad the franchise left the West Coast. The salad bar alone is worth a visit. They have a LOT of variety to make the perfect salad. Most importantly, all of the ingredients are fresh and tasty.I ordered the Guacamole Smash Burger with a Gluten-Free bun. YUM! Cooked to perfection with all the flavor. Add to that the salad bar, I was in hog heaven. Off the charts YUM.Tara V. was our server, she was patient, knowledgeable, and uber accommodating. When I return to Florida I will definitely go back to the Ft. Walton Beach Ruby Tuesday.Vegetarian options: Salad Bar, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillasDietary restrictions: Modifications can be made for Gluten-Free and Dairy-free sensitivites.Parking: Free parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility.

First off I'd give it no stars but I couldn't review without at least one star so that goes to my server Enrique. Well the chicken parm is not worth 20.99. do not and I repeat do not order the chicken parm dinner. The chicken parm is frozen bland hard as a rock and the burning is falling off of it, the pasta is overcooked mushy disgusting what you'd find in your kitchen disposal in your sink, the sauce is bland at best, and the cheese for the parmesan part non-existent. Overpriced everything, even the stuffed mushrooms are expensive for what you get (you get like 5 Baby Bella's that are mushy and soggy at best. They're like 13.00 for an order of them. The Long Island iced tea had like no booze and it was all sour mix. The Ruby relaxer was awful awful it was sour beyond sour we've had them at other Ruby Tuesdays and they were perfect this one was beyond drinkable. My chicken and broccoli cheese pasta was good but you could have had a lot more pasta to it. The salad bar was good but the plates have become miniscule, and the access to the ingredients is like fighting with a big plate of glass is ridiculous. The service was ok the server Enrique was very very new not his fault they didn't give him enough training. But he was super sweet and had good customer service even though he was very young more than I can say for some veteran servers. So overall a complete utter horrendous disaster. Stop being so cheap and make food that tastes good. You charge enough it ought to be out of this world, Ruby Tuesdays owners should be disgusted seriously disgusted with what the represent but they don't care they make money regardless of how horrible their food and restaurant is. Do better you're letting down your customers.

Never coming back to this location, just really bad service and messed up my burger. The food they served my neighbor was sub-par in quality and should not have been served at all.We did have fun, while we waited for service. It was just not a good experience at many other restaurants in the area to take better care of us.Even the salad bar was something else with missing items or low supply.

Monday Jan 22nd.Lunch 11am.We were at the door when the employee unlocked it and welcomed us in. I went to the men's room to wash my hands. This is why I'm writing this review. It was so bad, it was as if I walked in to a portable potty in summer during summer break. The goal is to hold your breath till you exit. The issue is the smell is in your nose for an hour easley. They can't clean the bathroom before opening, how can they have the ability to clean the kitchen? What's on or in your food?

I have never been disappointed with the meal we had. Everything is delicious. Love it!!! ♥️???????????Parking: They are always busy. I suggest coming at least 30 minutes early, especially when dining in.If you are coming on holiday, you may need to arrive an hour early.Kid-friendliness: Yes, but no play room like Mcdonald ?Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is a one-level, but you need to call and ask if the wheelchair would fit into the door to get in.

Thanksgiving day and we were seated promptly. The salad bar was nicely stocked. I ordered the guacamole smashed burger. Even though it had jalapeños on it was a tad bland. The cheese fries appetizer was really good. Our server was super nice and very attentive.

Service was good, food was mediocre. "Cajun" pasta was just alfredo sauce with a little cajun seasoning sprinkled on top.

Bring back the cottage cheese on the salad bar and change out the croutons please. Besides that we love everything else.
