This place rocks! There's a lady that can make 16 sandwiches at one time and remember how she made every single one! The bowls are amazing, as well, and each sandwich was custom-made. THAT is customer service!

This is an ongoing issue with this location and I normally let it slide but today was ridiculous. Did an app order for two subs. Both were missing toppings. The first sub missing cucumbers and pickles, the 2nd missing tomatoes (which the first sub had on it so this isn't a case of they were just out of a particular item) and what veggies were on the 2nd sub were minimal at best. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GETTING THESE ORDERS WRONG! It is literally written down in plain English what does and does not go on a sub. I stopped ordering in person because the customer service in store was getting worse and worse but this is just unacceptable. I don't see how the owner of this store can tolerate such laziness from staff.

Ordered ahead on app pickup time 145. Arrive at 2:00 order not even started because out of meats.. out of cheeses. How is a subway out of HAM, Salimai, and Pepperoni??Can't even make half the orders spent additional 20 mins in store because not taking orders inside before start my overdue online order. Then on top of it the customer service was non existent. Terrible experience and wasted money. Made a 12" Spicy Italian with Turkey! No other meats!! Just Turkey. Couldn't even eat it. Will not come or order from this location again.

Terrrrrrrrible customer service. Walked in with my husband to order wraps. One female employee with brown hair started both of our wraps then walked away. Then another employee was messing with a pick up order and was confused about how to make and messed it up. So he tossed it to the side on top of my wrap. He acted like he didn’t want to complete the wraps. So then my husband had to coach him and tell him how to make his wrap. Once his wrap was complete he then tried to go back to the online order with my wrap beneath it! He tried to ring my husband up, and my husband had to tell him there’s one more wrap. So he basically tossed the online order and tried to start mine with an attitude. I just told him that I’m okay I don’t want it anymore. This happened July 2nd 1:50PM. A medium sized employee with brown hair, and a skinny male with brown hair.

Went inside to order June 22nd and the guy behind the counter was in a horrible mood. He was down talking his coworker as well as rushing me with my order. He then attempted to overcharge me on the sandwich I purchase every single night then stated he can’t do anything about prices then threw the sandwich. I will be contacting corporate. If you hate your job then quit smart guy

Arrived at Subway at 9:53pm. The door was still unlocked and as I walked in, I was informed that they were closed although, they are suppose to be open til 10pm. After getting back into my car. A male walked into the store. I watched the girl behind the counter hand him a cup to get a drink. A few mins later he turns off the open sign and locks the door. This needs to be taken care of. If you are open until 10pm then you should be serving til 10pm.

Every time I get a sub from this restaurant, the bread is always stale. I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves, but they always fail. The employees don't care about good quality service. Don't spend your money at this Subway.

They put 2 subs in the toaster at the same time so my steak and cheese was cold. Not good sorry
