Love the smoothies. Depending on which store you go to the food is either great or bad. The food on the Racetrack store is great, Mary Esther store is bad. Be prepared to wait to get your order taken at both & there's a decent wait for it to come out.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Mary Esther by Michael's is AMAZING! I have been on a TSC craze these days! Every time I visit, I am always helped by Alayia. She is super sweet, always friendly and extremely respectful. She demonstrates exquisite customer service too! I'm obsessed with their bowls. Their Green Dream Yogurt Bowl is SO FREAKING GOOD! I switch out the coconut for another fruit, which doesn't let me do that on the app but I do it when I order at the register. Also, their Acai Bowl hits. I been to this location a few times. Location is clean inside and outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. I came in to just ordered a smoothie. I think I wanted maybe ? under 10 minutes. Location is on the small side. Has a table to sit and some seating outside. I like this location not too busy. Great spot to go by and grab lunch and go.

The smoothie was good, but the food was not. Extremely watery, falling apart, and too hot to even pick up my wrap. My wraps watery sauce actually ended up burning my hands. Also, the only table inside wasn’t even able to be sat at, it was being used for DoorDash/takeout.

First, the pictures for this location is very much wrong. Second, this location sucksssss. The girl that helped me and my friends was so rude for no reason. There was absolutely no reason for her behavior. We were told we needed to stop “trying” her because she needs to get in the back and mix stuff (duh that’s your job) when multiple employees were working in the back. I could understand if she was working by herself but she was not and even then the attitude was not needed. The other girl that helped us though was very polite so thank you to her but y’all need to fire her because it’s quite obvious many people feel the same way.

The smoothie was delicious. Service was awful. She was very rude at the counter. I asked if a certain smoothie was still available. She said "you mean that one?" with a dirty look on her face and rude tone of voice. Proceeded to point at a sign under the menu. A simple "yes" would have been appropriate.

Went there today after lunch rush @ 1:45 PM. A customer was waiting @ the register & I waited behind her for 10 minutes till 1:55 PM without ever seeing an employee @ the register. Another man came in behind me. We could see a customer waiting @ the Pick Up area. 2 Delivery persons came in also. NO ONE WAS EVER GREETED by an employee!!! The register was spitting out receipts which I assumed were online orders. We could hear people in the back food prep area talking. But NEVER SAW AN EMPLOYEE of TS. Sad situation. All 3 customers waiting, including myself left. No one cared apparently. I tried calling the store & was told by a recording that they were "busy" & to "leave a message."

Everytime I come in on my break they always get my order wrong, like forgetting my food I’ve had to wait there for 20 min for my drink I ordered online 10 min before hand and people after me were getting there stuff first like big orders I had to tell them my name twice for them to hand me my drink
