“Some friends and I drove over from Panama City to check out this pizzeria. There were ten of us int total, 6 adults and 4 kids. Regarding the adults, two were from New York, Two were from Cleveland, and the remaining two were from Chicago. Although all were from different experiences with pizza, everybody agreed that we loved this place! The pizza was phenomenal!!! The two that were from Chicago, praised the absolute authenticity of everything we tried, and we tried a lot ... Several varieties of pizza, the Chicago hotdogs (all the way of course), the Italian beef and peppers, the cheese sticks, and of course, the cannoli. Everything was amazing!! Hats off to Angelo and his family for being great hosts and doing everything right!! We'll Be Back!”

“Finally had the chance to dine in here. The meal was fantastic. House made dumplings & noodles! Everything was made from scratch down to the bone broth and chili oil. Excellent service. The menu is limited, but we ordered a large variety and the portions were large. This is not your average American watered down Chinese takeout. The food here is authentic to the region the owner is from. Very good, 5 stars. We will be back.”

“Where do I start? I’m from Destin and it’s my 1st time in Bubba Jacks. I’m actually opening an Aesthetics business right up the rd. Everyday I would see cars everywhere in parking lot, so I decided to try it out. I was Welcomed at the door with a smiling face, waitress came right up for drink order and menu. I placed my order, I went to send an email and typed about half and my food was on the table. Literally 3-4 mins from the time I ordered. My 1st thought was oh oh is this stuff mass cooked and then served? Was it gonna be good?. All I can say really is it was the BEST Philly Steak sandwich I’ve ever had and that’s the gods honest truth. I sat in the area where I could see the cooks. The food is cooked for the order, they are just fast. My drink never got half empty before another smiling waitress (not my original waitress) came to fill my cup up. Feel free to look at my profile I’m not one to leave reviews so when I do, my experience was 5 ⭐️. Bubba Jacks thank you for a great lunch and great lunch experience. You will see me prob tomorrow lol. This will be my regular lunch spot in Freeport and love how happy everyone is in this establishment.”

“Love the selection of beers! Its a small place with no food, but great for grabbing a beer. Lots of games to play as well! Wish the tv was bigger to watch games on is all! Hours kind of vary depending on the day but they are quick to reply on fb! My favorite beer right now is the strawberry called For the gulls!”

“Was worth the drive , will definitely come back . Knew about it cause I use to live in that area. The service was super and very attentive . Our visit was around lunch time during the week . Small and humble deco , felt like home The food was super , tasted mullet and gator tail , fried squash , baked beans . Everything was hot excellent taste . I highly recommend it’s great food .So full , no room for the cakes they had fresh . Maybe save room for dessert next time . I am a local in the area just a few miles down the road . Glad I visited an old road side restaurant!!”

“It was very easy to order online. I’m confused as to why the delivery fee is so high ($5.50). Between the delivery fee and the tip, that’s at least another $10 added to the order. The food arrived quickly and was hot. The delivery person was very nice. Our order was accurate and very tasty. The pizza was extremely greasy, however. All-in-all, it was a good experience and we will order from this location again.”

“Edit: This happened in Freeport. Highly do not recommend to come here if you plan to pay with a Card. Used my card to pay for the bill and tip. Checked my account the next day and they took out more than what the bill was for. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager out of curiousity to ask why I was billed more, as I signed the check for a certain amount. The guy was instantly rude. Claimed according to his screen I paid "this amount for food, this amount for tips, and this amount for tax. Totalling this" Listening to those amounts... there was more than I wrote for the tip (and it wasnt like I left a bad tip to begin with). I told him the receipt I had signed wasn't that amount for the tip. He sounded pretty agitated about it claiming that was the amount I was billed for. I get that, but that's not the amount my receipt nor what I signed for was... He wasn't even physically looking at their copy of the signed receipt and I tried explaining that I did not authorize that much. I ended up hanging up on them before they got me to the point of being rude back. They can keep the extra tip. They can lose another customer. If you decide to go to this restaurant, be careful. Sounded like the "manager" of this place didn't even care they done that.”
