Best onion rings anywhere. They actually utilize real whole slices of onions.Update, No more onion rings, I wonder if it had something to do with the amount in the box? You get home and open the bag and find only three maybe four at best onion rings, hence the reason consumers stopped purchasing them. We no longer purchase anything at Arby's and it wasn't just the poor quantity of onion rings, but it's the overall poor quality of the food.Updated February 2024, What a disappointment. When they first opened, it was awesome. Now they're just another fast food sandwich store. Here's a bit of advice, don't leave the store until you "fully" check your order, especially your sandwich. We've found that our orders were served with a whole lot of attitude and very little attention to detail with preparation of the food. Can't say I would recommend anything in particular.

Restaurant closes at 10:00pm. Had a party of 4 and came in so that we could sit down and talk while we ate. It was 7:15pm and the employee walked be and casually said, "Drive-Thru only. The insides closed..." and the continued walking. Are you kidding? We left and won't be back. At least they could have locked the door or posted a sign. Maybe, just maybe, they could have showed a little empathy and at least addressed us. Also, we weren't the only people in the store. We had to advise the other couple that the employee mumbled that they were closed. They left also.

Got the 2 4 7 Beef and Cheddar. Both were awful. Barely warm and bun was hard on the bottom. Fries were barely warm. Turnover was good. I tried to call and alert the manager - no answer! Worst Arby's meal in 30 years.

Well i shouldn't expect alot from anything with a drive-thru and this Arby's location did not disappoint. We went here due to convenance and ease of access over other Arby locations in town. But of course, luck would have it, it all started with ordering. i clearly asked for 2 of the same item, and only got one, the one manager even got on the pa when i enquired about burgers, like i had asked her employee the wrong question or something so she chose to interrupt him and join in on the conversation, then i even repeated the order the way i ordered it to him, and he gave me total then when he handed us the bag luckily i asked about the sauces as there were none in the bag. It was was one of those should of stayed home moments when we got home to cold food, and incorrect order. At least the wife's French Dip looked halfway decent. Definitely rethink your dining options if your in the mood for something quick.

First off Jamar was awesome. He was very polite. His customer service was definitely on point. He addressed what I can only assume was a regular by name Mr. G. A simple mistake was made with my order and he happily fixed it for me and was nothing but polite and respectful. The place was clean inside, the restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. The food was freshly made and on point. Definitely a great place to stop if you're in the mood for Arby's.

Clean restaurant, easy easy to get in and out. Fries came out a little cold, so I went back and they cooked new fries for me. We’re very pleasant about it.
