Well, I have to say that the first time was a lot better than today. For starters, I order the heart of palms ceviche and the brought me shrimp whatever. The server told me that was the only ceviche they had. First and foremost, traditional ceviche is supposed to have ‘leche de tigre’, which this one didn’t have (refer to the pictures). I used to live in Gainesville and was visiting friends to celebrate their birthdays…I had no idea this place was now here! The food was yummy, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
