The Baskin-Robbins app said they were open until 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. I went at 8:30, and the employee said, "We close the ice cream side at 8:30." I said, "The Baskin-Robbins app says it's open until 9:00 p.m." The employee said, "Sorry."That's totally lame.

Stopped in 1/11/2024 and the young lady was very nice and accommodating. Helped me with the app and she made a fresh pot of coffee without me having to ask. Of coarse I waited in joy!

Good luck getting donuts here. This has been at this location at least a few years now. Used to be a a gas station near the interstate and always had good donuts and service there but this new location? Not very friendly and today was the third time I tried to get donuts and guess what? They have been out of donuts every time I've tried to get some here! If it's after 10 am you can just about forget it from what I understand. An employee told me that once they run out they are not allowed to make more? WTF. I give up!

I've gone in 6 times in the last 3 months during the middle of the day for a chocolate shake because it's close to work. I actually see the delivery truck show up in the morning and guess what? All six times they have been out of all ice cream. What a joke. And it's always dirty there and employees out back smoking cigarettes and pot.

I have only gone inside and ordered. The staff is courteous and helpful. They don't pretend to not hear you or act like they have somewhere better to be than taking your order. That's more than enough these days when there are staffing shortages. I came here several times in the past week and the facility is also bright and well-lit. Definitely more spacious and welcoming than other locations I have visited.

The worker that was working the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I had asked for my coffee to be fixed and she rolled her eyes and threw the new drink in my hand

This particular Dunkin' Donuts is located in a relatively new looking strip mall and also houses a Baskin-Robbins. How can you go wrong with offering coffee and ice cream? The staff was friendly and professional and I had no real issues with the establishment. I did notice that the drive-thru is a little bit weird to navigate, but no one seems to have an issue with it. I guess once you find it, no problem. I will definitely recommend this particular location and I will give it five stars.
They did not have any of the items listed on the menu. Total waste of the drive. Off to Publix.

Yikes. I realize I arrived in the drive through at 9:15 but it’s down the street ….so why not? I’m hoping the staff was just having a tough night because they were miserable and it shined through. Cone was old and tasted stale but the ice cream was good. The gal managing the drive through decided that I wanted them to keep my change and tossed it in the tip jar without asking….I would have said keep it but at least ask? To round out my experience ~ no have a good night, just a window closed. I have been a couple times due to convenience for coffee, bagel or a sweet treat and it’s always been just ok and I just figured they were short staffed but whew tonight. Hope things get better and you may want to fix the drive through microphone or hire someone that cares.

I've been ordering one thing, and one thing only, for 20 years: the Mochaccino Blast. This particular Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts in Gainesville, FL, has one of the weirdest drive-thru's, where you circle around the back of the building in a highly-unusual, concave manner.

Just showed up at 9pm on the dot for ice cream. Was asked if we wanted ice cream and we said yes. we waited appx one minute for her to finish up her tasks and then she proceeds to tell us the ice cream side is closed. (why she waited so long to tell us, i have no idea). i told her the website and google says they close at 10pm. She said "no we are closed, the dunkin donuts side is open til 10). I again said that the website says 10pm. She ignored us for another 2-3 minutes while she finished her tasks. She came to counter and just stared at us like she had a problem. I said "are you really closed even tho it says 10pm?" and she said "yes". The other girl working said they could close early. I asked for a manager name and told them to have a great night. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and filing a formal complaint. I have never in my 44 years been denied a service at an establishment ONE HOUR before closing time.
