This place needs a new Kitchen manager. The servers were nice. We were there on the 17th for an early dinner. The meat was cold. It was slow, the floor was dirty, we had to clean our table. Also, there was not any napkins and plastic knives. The worse part was the server's were kicked back and sitting on the counter located behind the front serving counter. We went to the 3730 SW Archer location 12/17/2023 for at late lunch around 4pm. This location needs a new Kitchen manager. The food was good and the guys serving were nice and accommodating. irst time going to Cava- What a find! There was a line, but no one in line got upset , I suppose because they knew they were going to get WONDERFUL food! Brenda was working the line, and she was really efficiently going- getting every order right, and not getting frustrated.
