My boyfriend and I are big fans of cava and frequent often. However, during this visit we had the pleasure to be taken care of by Cara. I never write google reviews for chain restaurants but this visit definitely merited one. Cara was simply amazing, she went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I and did it with unwavering kindness and devotion. I will definitely return to this location, not just for the food, but for her customer service alone!

I definitely enjoyed my meal at Cava. First time ever been there was this past Saturday. On the other hand, customer service could have been a lot better. The first girl we encountered was super helpful, nice and patient. Then the next two guys were kind of rushing us and one even seemed annoyed that I got more than three toppings when it’s unlimited toppings lol. I will come to Cava again but I guess I’ll be more ready for next time when I order
