BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE, READ THIS!!!...We all know as far as the food goes, most of us love it(Little Ceasars). HOWEVER, this location, in particular, is by far the WORST I have ever been to. In the off-chance that you like an average 43 minute wait time, including drama and in-fighting between employees along with profanity being tossed around loosely and consistently, then this is the place for you. This is not 1, 2, or even 4 times that this is the case. This is every time, and then I finally realized that maybe my second choice is the best and most reasonable choice. Never again, unfortunately. Don't do it to yourself....SIDE NOTE: The GM was there this pastime, and it was very clear that she was aware of the constant issues of this location. She (GM) was very professional and steadfast.
2 hours later food is not here yet. Ordered a pizza to be ubered to us, 1st uber cancelled delivery since it was taking forever, 2nd said someone ELSE picked up the pizza. We called like 10 times and for an explanation, no answer goes straight to voicemail. I wish we read the reviews first gosh what an awful experience. DONT order from this pizza place if you want your order to be on time, want it given to the correct person, and actually get to you. Thanks alot, now we both are starving since we have nowhere else to order from at this time. It was just half a cheese pizza, 2 hours??? And no half cheese? Ridiculous.

Best Little C’s i’ve ever had. I always get a custom made pizza. Stuffed cheese crust, pepperoni, olives and extra cheese. It was perfect. They actually put EXTRA cheese on it. The pizza tasted amazing and It looked amazing. I ordered through the app and picked up through portal. I’ve had lil C’s all over the country but these cats know how to make a custom pie!

Worst experience ever. No cheese pizzas hot and ready so I’m told to wait 7 minutes. After I walked in a crowd shows up. HE GIVES SOMEONE ELSE A CHEESE PIZZA AFTER TELLING ME NONE ARE AVAILABLE SO I HAVE TO KEEP WAITING. The breadsticks had no garlic or butter. Most of the order was completely wrong.

My boyfriend and I went inside to order our pizza and we asked for garlic Parmesan on the crust. The manager or whoever was making the pizzas told us that it was “health hazard” and that he would not do it. He gave us two garlic butters and told us to do it at home. We have had no problems with other workers doing it and/or other locations. This worker was just being lazy.

Came in just before 7:30pm. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, wings and crazy bread. I received my order 40 minutes later as I watched Door Dashers come in and out and multiple people order after me, yet receive their food before me. The wings were dry and hard. The place was understaffed and a hot mess.

Our pizza was good. It was done the way we asked. However, their customer service is severely lacking! My husband stopped to pick up the pizza he had ordered by phone. He had just come from another restaurant where he had eaten and apparently got something that had upset his digestion. He's an elderly, diabetic requesting to use the restroom and they were so extremely rude about it and totally refused him. He's an elderly customer, not just someone who came into the store just to use the restroom. He was a Customer in obvious distress and they were rude, rude, rude!
