Honestly one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Was extremely pleasantly surprised- sour spicy chicken soup. The chicken was tender and juicy. The noodles were silky. The other fixings were fun. The broth so flavorful and spicy indeed!
This is truly a special gem & hole in the wall restaurant in Gainesville. We were passing through Gainesville on the way to Disney and were hungry and tired and just looking for something pan asian but all the other asian restaurants in this city looked greasy, fatty, salty, MSG-loaded, & just unappetizing. We decided to give Ten Second Noodles a shot and it was totally worth it! It’s very conveniently located near the freeway in the Publix shopping center so parking is easy....read full review

I like soup noodles, so this is a place I must try. The bowls came with a plastic stand for insulation and protection from getting scalded by the hot clay bowl. I tell you, the soup was super super hot ? . The signature soup Jintang was very spicy even though we ordered mild. The tomato soup was very tasty and there was lots of fish meat. On the whole, I like this place and the food and we will certainly come again.
