McDonalds continues to fail in EVERY way. Rude customer service, food quality continues to be bad...the only reason I use them is they used to be fast. It took 25 minutes AFTER I placed my order in the drive thru to get my food.

Ordering on the kiosk is the worst idea ever! My order is wrong every time. I enter what I want on my hamburger and they always add condiments i didn't order!

Food is fine but the workers are rude for no reason. Once they forgot half my order and I was really nice about it but some of the workers were really rude about it for walking in to get the rest of my order. The second time I waited 20 mins for a curbside pickup, so I went inside. Again, the worker didn't say a word and handed me my food. I said thank you so much and he ignored me. I get it I get in a bad mood at work too but that doesn't mean you have to be that way towards the customers, especially if they are nice about something that was your fault.

We were on the road and we stopped to eat, it was horrible, 40 minutes for them to deliver an order of 3 fast food hamburgers and there wasn't a single soul in the place apart from us, are you serious? First McDonald's that says they don't make coke refills, are you kidding me? I said to the cashier and she told me that she was serious, if you can handle your hunger, pass by and don't stop, this is far from being a McDonald's franchise, nor was there any kindness on the part of them. 40 min wait apologize

No customers in the lobby.I proceeded to try and Use Gator Greenbacks Digital Coupons which McDonald's is listed as being available.The manager out right refused to honor my Digital Coupon even after showing her the page and QR Code.Won't be going back to this franchise I'll drive into Gainesville next time.

If this was the first McD's you ever went to, you'd say: I never going back. We went inside because we were traveling and didn't want to eat in the car. No one at service counter. We could see food prep area -- 6 employees - 4 seemed to be just goofing off. One BF meal and one BF sandwich. One sandwich was screwed up, one OK, but luke warm. Even though they were busy, potato cakes were just barely warm -- they obviously were sitting in half filled order bags. Soda was small, never asked about upsize, which would have been OK, except this is one of those new cheapo McD's without self-service sodas, plus soda was diet, asked for regular. An apparent supervisor showed up -- must have been taking smoking break. She walked in food area and walked out again. We could still see food area -- at least half of them still goofing off even though there were people waiting for food.

On this trip, my son and I wanted something quick. We walked in and ordered the crispy chicken and spice crispy chicken ? combos. No pictures of the food, my apologies. The restaurant was clean, the food was good, and the team members were nice, but what stood out was the speed and accuracy of our orders. From the time I entered it on screen, the order que appeared, and to my hands...roughly 5 minutes. The quality of service is definitely there.

terrible. the only way they’ll serve you is if you go through the drive through or order on the app and even then they mess up your order everytime. at that point you might as well leave as no one will help you get the food you payed for. it really doesn’t seem that hard guys.
