I’ve been coming here many years , but today I ordered a hamburger and when I drove away and finally was able to unwrap it a few moments later it was freezing cold like it just came out of the fridge it literally felt like I picked up an ice cube when I grabbed into my bag to get it . The only thing that was good and made to order were the onion rings I’m very disappointed in this place service recently

I love sandwich inn but the service has gone way down hill. Plan on a long wait, they aren’t even using the speakers to take orders so you have to wait for them to fully cook the order of the person in front of you before you can even place your order at the window. The food is not good enough for me to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes, maybe if the service improves I’ll start eating here again.
