They’re in a location where a lot of people pass through. I think the demand will probably always exceed the supply. That’s a recipe for a long customer wait time. Plus, they need to be fully / overstaffed consistently.
Absolutely terrible service. I told the cashier I have an egg allergy and she told me she would remove the egg from my sandwich. When I received my order it had egg on it (the label said no cheese but the sandwich had cheese on it too). I asked them to make me a new sandwich and then I received a sandwich that had only cheese and bread, no meat (but hey- no egg either). I have become very disapointed in Starbucks and their brand lately. The last 3 orders at 3 different locations have been sub-par for the prices we pay for the drinks. I feel like corporate is cutting corners & shortchanging the customers.
