I have become very disapointed in Starbucks and their brand lately. The last 3 orders at 3 different locations have been sub-par for the prices we pay for the drinks. I feel like corporate is cutting corners & shortchanging the customers. I say this because at 3 different locations the same situation happened which to me says they are either hiring incompetent people (I don't think this) or Corporate is tweaking things and thinking we won't notice. I ordered the same drink at 3 different locations. 2 of the 3 it was a venti (20 oz) but the amount was that of a grande (16 oz). The first time (13th Street location) I took it as a fluke. The 2nd time (the 39th Ave location) I took a photo since I had also gotten a large Panera Coffee (I'm a member of their Sip Club) through their drive thru. Both should have been 20 oz yet the Starbucks was more like 16 oz. While I understand I did ask for whip cream, it shouldn't have taken away from the drink quantity this much. Finally yesterday I went to the one in the Reitz Union and ordered a grande. When I got home, I decided to check and it too looked like there was less in the cup (I did not ask for whip cream in this one) and I put it in th measuring cup and wow, 12 oz. It just confirms to me that either corporate is short changing the customers or it's done on a local level. Do better Starbucks, just do better.My daughter orders at the Reitz location daily. She said she orders the cold drinks so that she can see the quantity in the cup and those never look short changed. So this is clearly a hot drink issue. It's either that or I'm the unluckiest Starbucks customer.Now for the staff, I have no complaints at all. They are overworked and they have to deal with a lot of crap from entitled people. So my review does not fault them at all unless it's management requireing they cut corners. They have always been friendly despite looking overworked. So I give my 5 stars to them but 1 for the food/drink. Over all a 3. Just disapointing.

They’re in a location where a lot of people pass through. I think the demand will probably always exceed the supply. That’s a recipe for a long customer wait time. Plus, they need to be fully / overstaffed consistently.

Absolutely terrible service. I told the cashier I have an egg allergy and she told me she would remove the egg from my sandwich. When I received my order it had egg on it (the label said no cheese but the sandwich had cheese on it too). I asked them to make me a new sandwich and then I received a sandwich that had only cheese and bread, no meat (but hey- no egg either). When I asked for another sandwich the manager told me she’d refund me and then make me another sandwich. However after waiting for 15 minutes for my sandwich the employees told me that I would not be receiving another sandwich because I was refunded and they were out of sandwiches.Definitely will not be spending my money here again.Dietary restrictions: Very horrible about accommodating people with allergies

When this store was run by Aramark, it was ok. Now, under Florida Fresh, it is slow and the coffee is NEVER hot. There are many things I could suggest to improve this place, but number one is to serve good coffee, and that includes making HOT coffee. Everyday, the coffee is just lukewarm, and I mean everyday of the week.

I didn't enjoy my coffee. I was served warm coffee instead of hot coffee. Coffee was not fresh at all. Definitely not worth the price.

Waited around for 15 minutes, only to find out they never made my order. They prioritize the line over mobile ordering. Both times I ordered here were bad. I like Starbucks, but will not be ordering here again.

Rudest starbucks I have ever been to. Disrespectful staff with disgusting attitudes for blatantly no reason. The woman with red cornrows needs to be fired.

I waited TEN minutes for a melted drink that had to be remade because the person making my drink didn’t read the label for what I ordered. And because the employee made it wrong and had to remove the extra toppings that she added—when I specified that I did not WANT them—I wasn’t even given a full cup! She just got annoyed and handed it to me. I paid $5.60 for a drink that wasn’t even filled all the way and was melted by the time I got it. This is the WORST Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.

Great service. The only complaint I would have is that the store was understaffed. The fresh coffee lights were blinking and two people were having to keep up with food and drink orders. The speed of service was good, and the staff was very friendly. Coffee was warm but could tell it was not recently brewed after being told it was fresh. The staff was doing the best with what they had.
