We visited High Springs Brewing Co. and Taino Roots was set up. Initially, we were hesitant as neither of us is into seafood, however upon seeing the menu we decided to try the braised chicken tacos, roasted pork tacos, and fried cheese bites. Everything was exceptional, the tender meats were complimented by the pickled cabbage slaw and cilantro cream sauce on the tacos, and as someone who does not care for cilantro, I found them to be well balanced flavors. They are so sweet and their food is amazing! We come down every time they are at the high springs brewing company! Service is always a 10/10
