Unique restaurant with good food choices for different diets. One of my favorite local restaurants!
Went out to The Top tonight. We got there about 40 minutes before close so just wanted to grab a quick appetizer.
Told the hostess this and she directed us to the bar, I asked if we could sit at a table and she said for just apps and drinks they’d like for us to go to the bar. I started walking over then turned around and said “I’m so sorry but I’m newly sober.” The beginning of sobriety is a vulnerable state and speaking up was hard.
