I came in just after 1130 and asked about breakfast as I'm new to this area. The first guy behind the counter didn't know when you quit serving breakfast, so he asked his superior. Unsure if she's a manager or not (different uniform though). I hope not, as she was extremely rude in answering a simple question. She snapped and said, "We quit serving that at 10:30, it's way past 11!" Obviously, this team is inexperienced at not only knowing their own rules, but customer service and basic speaking skills as well. It's absolutely embarrassing for you, and I will happily never return to this location.

Ordered the chicken bacon rancher delivered by Door dash the dasher was wonderful the sandwich was basically all bread a little chicken a little cheese and maybe one piece of bacon nothing like the picture I thought it would be more filling than eating bread wish I could show everyone a picture so you don’t waste your money

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich, it had about as much flavor as a shoebox and enough meat to make a vegan happy! This was a pathetic waste of $13 !! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Terrible experience. I came in for a soup and salad and waited about 30 minutes and as I sat there noticed how nasty the manager was talking almost belittling the employees. Her name was Ariel. I got my food and it was Luke warm...tables dirty all of them.. it wasn't hardly anyone there tho. Maybe a couple tables. People there overall seemed unprofessional. So I can go to a different Panera or elsewhere next time.

First, I just want to say that the team manager Kaylah is absolutely wonderful, and deserves a raise!! What she has to put up with when it comes to some of these workers is ridiculous. Which brings me to the atmosphere, the workers for drive thru were completely unprofessional (I.e. throwing items at each other, pushing each other, laughing and messing with headsets) all while not working on orders. Then, The girl in the window tried to give us a bagel, and when we tried to correct her she talked over us. We waited 15-minutes for then our order to still be incorrect. Truly unfortunate that these workers behavior soured the overall experience. But again credit to Kaylah, she heard my concerns and was very graceful and kind when responding to me. She went back to the kitchen and corrected our order personally. I give all credit to Kaylah for helping shape the end of our experience into a pleasant one.

The food was good but the restaurant was freezing! Not sure if the heater wasn't working or they just didn't turn it on. My food got cold quick due the temp in the dinning area.

Very slow service for a simple order. Waited in the window service line for 25 minutes for 2 bowls of soup and a teriyaki bowl. At the window no apology for the long wait. I do not recommend this location.

They got my order wrong, gave me half the food I was supposed to get. Overcharged me and didn't even apply my awards number to the order or let me ask for a receipt. I also had to wait ten minutes to even order despite the fact that I went at the slowest time. It's frustrating when you go somewhere for a cup of soup and you don't even get that.

8:47 a.m drive through was closed went inside with all the high school kids running around trash all over tables and floor that I picked up some and wiped the table off because nobody that worked there never came out to clean while I waited 23 minutes for 1 toasted bagel.
