The food was good but the restaurant was freezing! Not sure if the heater wasn't working or they just didn't turn it on. My food got cold quick due the temp in the dinning area.
They got my order wrong, gave me half the food I was supposed to get. Overcharged me and didn't even apply my awards number to the order or let me ask for a receipt. I also had to wait ten minutes to even order despite the fact that I went at the slowest time. It's frustrating when you go somewhere for a cup of soup and you don't even get that.

First, I just want to say that the team manager Kaylah is absolutely wonderful, and deserves a raise!! What she has to put up with when it comes to some of these workers is ridiculous.
