“Really solid food quickly and for a good price! Got the steak hibachi with lo mein and was very happy all around!I also got a volcano roll. That was decent. I’d probably skip it next time, just cause the hibachi outshined so much.The guy at the counter was really nice too. He gave me the LO mein suggestion which I was very happy with.Only bummer is there’s no real dining area or atmosphere. So I suggest just plan on takeout here. Which the hibachi I’m sure would taste just as good as takeout.”

“Soul Train Express is fantastic. Food was what I have been searching for. I'm new to Winter Haven and was excited to see a place where I could get some of my old home (MD) cooking without the flair of the islands. Sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, greens and fried catfish, wooo!
Now, the only downside is it is not a fast grab and go but the super good music and friendly staff makes the wait a part of the experience.

Parking: This is a food truck which is parked next to a parking garage. There seems to be another entrance on the next street but I did not go that way.”

“We had breakfast this morning for Veterans Day. Of course they were slammed. Outstanding staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. We had to wait for our food but while we waiting we noticed how well the staff worked together. The wait staff was complimenting the kitchen and wait staff helped one another. Yes the wait was long but we didn’t mind. The meal was outstanding. Thank you so much to the staff. We’ll be back. They deserve 5 stars.”

The service was lovely, they were all very friendly, and made sure everything was okay.
