“We were in for a meal during our vacation at Hollywood Beach and decided to go to Chili's because I had a gift card to use. We both had the 3 for Me with the Chicken Tortilla soup and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The food was delicious. Our server, Robert, was awesome. We couldn't ask for a better person. We had the pleasure of being served by Ernest. What a great friendly guy! ?He was kind enough to bring water and assorted sauces and sides to our table without us having to ask. He Even brought water out for our puppy ? Maximus! And when one of our orders needed to be changed- he quickly took care of us! We never had to leave the table. “I was very impressed with the food. Very! The service started out great, but went down hill quick. After getting the sauce I asked for, the server didn’t come back to ask us if we needed anything or how was the food until the table was cleared (by another associate who hoped we enjoyed the meal). He asked if we wanted dessert. We wanted the check. I guess the other tables next to us were more likely to tip. Because he was at their tables several times, passing by ours and not saying a word. Maybe he thought we wouldn’t tip or that it is automatic. Well, I believe in tipping wherever I go, but I have to be given the service I am tipping for. So, I left exactly what he expected.“

“We come here every single Tuesday for our typical Taco Tuesday Bike ride. We spend tons of money here! Ordinarily, this is a decent place with decent food...this time it was horrible! The chicken wings were so overdone that I could not bite them...I had to yank and pull to get the meat off the bone to the point I dumped the entire thing in the garbage. This is not typical of the place, but when they prepared those wings, they had no business serving the wings to anybody... not even a dog! This experience was horrible! I hope they do not do this next time. Horrible experience.“
“Very delicious fresh Latin food!We Ate the chicken nachos for an appetizer. Awesome and very filling.The chilled lobster salad roll with the fresh fries was phenomenal! I typically don't like chilled lobster salad but this was divine!Also ordered the turkey club sandwich with the fresh fruit and had to try a bite even though we were stuffed and it was delicious. “Fun!! We visited on a complete whim Friday evening and we so surprised. The happy hour goes until 8!!! $3 tacos and $6 margaritas. It was so good we ended up ordering a second round of food and drinks. I think I had the best tostones of my life while we were there. I can’t get over it. Highest recommendation.“
