The Cayo Esquivel steak is a popular choice, and the paella is a must-order, but it takes about an hour to prepare. Some favorite dishes include the Plato Mar y Tierra and the filete de parco with artos amarillo and papitas. However, not all dishes meet expectations, with some seafood parilladas serving subpar seafood, including small and frozen shrimp and scallops. The fish croquetas are a standout exception.
