Classic elegant steakhouse , but not ‘stuffy ‘ . The service was outstanding. Our server Elody , and the manager , Angelo , made our first experience at Strip Steak a memorable one with their wine & food suggestions and tidbits of the history attached to Strip Steak as well as the landmark hotel Fountain leu .Chef Rodrigo and his staff didn’t cease to amaze with plates of perfectly cooked and presented food . Beware of the bread , truffle butter infused & addictive. The Wagyu steak and Prime Rib were out of this world good .. not over seasoned , tasted like steak , with choices of sauces if you like . Simple sides to compliment , like a BLT wedge salad ( The name doesn’t do it justice ! So good ) fresh tasty crispy fries , Brussels sprouts .. and Dessert ! Be sure to leave a little room for the chocolate Ganache cake !I’m looking forward to bringing friends and tasting more of their menu.
