El Patio in High Springs offers a great dining experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. The salsa and chips, as well as the chicken wings, have been praised for their delicious taste. The restaurant, located in an old building with exposed brick, also features a nice bar and an outdoor seating area. Sebastian, a staff member, is noted for his welcoming and personable demeanor. While the molcajete dish could be improved, overall, El Patio is worth visiting again.
