“This is one of the restaurants that is fast food kind of restaurant that I will go inside and dine. After the order you pick an open table and they will bring you the food. Love their fish, shrimp, fries, onion rings, cheese curds, pretzel bites, and butter burgers. We go about once every month or two.“

“The atmosphere is a great place to start. Hip and stylish yet cozy and friendly. The menu is aesthetically pleasing and contains uniquely named items. The item of choice for me was My Boy Bleu with a side of their Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The chicken was tender, as good chicken should be. I'd highly recommend Love Bird to anyone looking for something out of the norm.“

“Kyler (Ky) was the most welcoming server you will meet. He greeted my friend and I with amazing energy, answered all of our questions and made sure he was super attentive to us. “Always a hit, we had visitors from Iowa and we took them to Fords for a unique dining experience that is not available at home. I had the Chicken Henry. It was wonderful. I loved the sun dried tomatoes and the lemon butter sauce. On the side was mashed porltatoes and my favorite, creamy pepper corn. My wife had a patty melt on rye that was delicious (I helped her finish since she got full) and we sat in a covered area that was outside but with the large doors open we could see across the entire restaurant. Great service and great fun. We even bought a shirt.“

“We had another excellent breakfast at The Egg Factory on Combee in Lakeland. The service is always friendly and professional. This place has a super homey feel like you are family. The food is real good - I had the Messy Jessy Skillet bowl - Home fries topped with 2 eggs, sauteed onions, peppers, sausage topped with gravy and Cheddar. It also comes with choice of bread - I had the biscuit toasted on the grill (the only way to go). Then added a side of bacon. I have enough for two more breakfasts. This is one of our go to places for breakfast in Lakeland - give it a try next time you are in Lakeland for breakfast.“

“We were seated immediately upon walking in. Staff was very friendly. My hubby really enjoyed the Lamb chops with broccoli and cheese. It was cooked perfectly and tasted so good. I had the Grand Caesar salad with chicken and it was huge and tasted fantastic. Our server, Mattie was attentive and prompt. The manager thanked us for coming as we were leaving. “Andres's is one of our favorite eateries. They have a wide variety of food on the menu plus the daily specials. The portions are very generous, and everything we've eaten there has been great. I decided to go back with my boyfriend because we wanted healthy food, let me tell you I am impressed. The food was delicious and the ginger sauce was way better than the first time i tried it. The price point is amazing and way cheaper than SoFresh! I had the sweet tea and it was so good, it’s not overly sugary. The citrus chicken wasn’t burnt and the almond chicken was so good. I got the club and took the chance of substituting gluten-free bread, which I usually don't like at all. “This place was awesome! The service was amazing as soon as we walked through the door, we were acknowledged that she felt so welcomed. Drinks were brought to our table, and then we ordered the food. It was delicious. Everything was homemade. The chocolate muffins were warmed up on the grill and so delicious. 11 to 1 they have a very special guest that plays music while you eat it's just so relaxing. A great place for breakfast or lunch. There are specials every day and the prices are just right. A must stop and eat place you will be happy you did we were.“

Even homemade ice cream, and I'm pretty sure their Tater Tots are homemade as well.Their tots are super crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside and great flavor. No ketchup is needed for these tots.Burgers are very loaded and delicious. I got the Cowboy burger, and it was great. The onion rings on it had such audible crunch my partner heard it across the table. Nice and thick but crispy bacon and great sauce.We wanted to try a banana split but were too full. “The food and drinks were amazing! We ordered a burger, the catfish dinners, and an appetizer with these chips and BBQ pork on them, and they were phenomenal! Not to mention, our bartender Barry was pretty great with his dry sense of humor and great attention to detail. The owner, Carrie, came out and spoke with our group and showed us the place, and shared all the history of the building. They helped save this building from being torn down it's one of the oldest two story buildings left in Bartow. Definitely recommend!“

“Was in town watching dogs for someone, and saw that this place A) exists and B) has cheesesteaks. I will try a cheesesteak anywhere, even if gunfire is happening around me. Thankfully, this restaurant is in a no fire zone. But for this sandwich, it would be worth the risk and the added expense of kevlar. I kid you not, their “Awesome Philly Sub” is that and more. I can’t remember eating a better cheesesteak in 2 decades, and I’ve most certainly tried. Two thumbs up isn’t quite enough… I’ll have to borrow some extra thumbs from my enemies to add to the score. Highly recommended! And I’m a cheesesteak snob… they conquered my appetite and I’ll most definitely be back when I’m out this way again. Ordered a small biscuits and gravy. It’s a large portion for a “small”! Good wholesome flavor. Not too peppery like some get. Biscuit was fluffy and very tasty! Wife got her usual 2 eggs, home fries, sausage patty and sourdough toast. It’s what she gages all breakfast by. Said this one ranked pretty high on her yum! list. “This is hands-down my favorite pizza restaurant I’ve been to. I’m from Niagara Falls, so I googled Buffalo style pizza place and this was what came up. This was a 60 mile drive from Springhill to Lakeland and it was worth every second. The owner was a wonderful guy, and the pizza gave me flashbacks to my childhood. If you want a taste of Western New York and you live in Florida come here, you won’t regret it.“

When we pulled in the small parking lot made it feel like we might not find a table, but they had plenty of tables so don't be put off by the small parking lot. If I say they have the absolute best food I have had at a diner in two years I would be not saying enough. I started with the best clam chowder soup I have had in a very long time - not too thick, not too thin just right, perfect clam taste with great flavor - wow! Then I had the pork tenderloin sandwich - too big for one person - perfectly prepared and full of juicy pork goodness, accompanied with wonderful hot seasoned French fries. My wife had the French dip - she also took half home - she told me this was the best French Dip sandwich she has ever had. I finished with their homemade peach cobbler served warm with ice cream - just wonderful. The service as great, food the best we have had in two years. We will be back for sure.“

I ordered the Brooklyn sandwich, since it was the last day for that special, and it was delicious. It was surprisingly very filling and a decent amount of food. They offer the ability to pay your bill, using your mobile phone. I love restaurants that allow me to do this; it made checkout very quick and easy, and didn’t have to wait in line to pay.“

“My wife and I visited Chef T's for dinner last weekend and had a nice experience. We started the meal with the French Onion Soup. The soup was rich and flavorful, filled with savory soaked bread and topped with melted Swiss and Provolone cheeses. We also shared the Escargot appetizer. The escargots were tender and juicy and soaked in a rich white wine and sherry sauce and topped with tender earthy mushrooms. For my entrée, I had the Veal Marsala. The veal was tender with a light savory breading and topped with a rich earthy marsala sauce. To end the meal we couldn't resist the Limoncello Cake which was moist, had a nice lemony flavor and was topped with an airy whipped topping. Overall, Chef T's is worth a visit in Lakeland. The restaurant is very small so I recommend making a reservation in advance.“

“The name lets you know what to expect. The beer selection was okay. I opted for the green 'gansett for St Patrick's day. A little heavy on the green. Second beer was an IPA. Both had massive heads. Service was decent, Delaney was there every time we needed her. We each ordered a wrap: Barbie for her, mahi for me. The mahi wrap was on the small side. My small order of fries, however, was enormous. And tasty. It's a sports bar, so decor consists of TVs tuned to baseball, golf, basketball, etc. All in all, a pretty good choice and only 0.3 miles from our hotel.“
