“This is one of the restaurants that is fast food kind of restaurant that I will go inside and dine. After the order you pick an open table and they will bring you the food. Love their fish, shrimp, fries, onion rings, cheese curds, pretzel bites, and butter burgers. We go about once every month or two.“

“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“Have been here a few times and food is always good. No complaints. So today i went thru the drive thru and had the best service I've had ANYWHERE, in a long time. Donte was the gentleman working and he was so awesome. I was not sure what I wanted, ( i can be very picky sometimes) and he made some suggestions and walked me thru my order. Was so polite and genuinely cared about serving me and representing the establishment. Good job Donte and thank you“

“My husband and I are regular customers and the service was great until Saturday May 4th, like always. We seat, my husband went to the counter and ask the lady that we want to order. We wait almost half hour and the guy that was supposed to take the orders was chatting with someone and the he took an order for other people that came after us. We were disappointed and upset. We talk to the manager, we understand that he was might taking orders from other clients, but waiting almost half hour.“

Our group of three diners enjoyed a great meal together whilst leaving Orlando area, and were pleasantly surprised, as most quick-dining experiences leave much to be desired. The dining area was remarkably clean and well maintained.Most important: Wonderful Staff and management. It was refreshing to actually go to a fast food joint and see actual adults managing and participating actively in running this restaurant, (in comparison with competitors like McDonald’s or Burger King, which notoriously are run by teenagers… here, the adults were supervising/training the younger staff members, which again seemed to make a huge distinction from all other Wendy’s I have been to in a lifetime).That was most of our first fast food meal in a very long time and it definitely restored a little faith that not all fast food is terrible as an occasional treat.“

“We hit the drive thru because we are getting tired on McDonald's and the line there is always backed up. Really shocked at the great quality of the burgers. I loved the charbroiled taste and is is much more reasonable. The Onion rings have real onions in them and were delicious. The lady told me I just missed their HOMEMADE!@!! biscuits so they will definitely be our next breakfast out. Scrolling through the reviews form 2020, Covid19 must have hit them hard on staffing but we had not a single issue and NO LINE! So we will definitely be back soon!“

“This store location is always clean and on point with orders. I've never had a wrong order here. The staff are nice. The management keeps up with the place, and they have great customer service. My food is always fresh and hot. The bathrooms, dining room, and exterior are always clean and welcoming. I love the honey butter chicken biscuits! They are so delicious! This is my store of choice for sure. I'd drive across town just for the good experience I get here.Parking: They are located right next to a gas station, there is lots of parking. Even a semi truck could park out back or close by and get food.“

“Shake shop is a wonderful place to stop for good food and fabulous shakes. During the middle of the day we were over visiting the butterfly garden in auburndale and just came on over. I got a banana and pineapple shake with real banana and real pineapples and a straw just stood up straight. It was so thick and Rich. Register attendant told my wife (on phone) that she couldn't take a call order in as the counter was full. I had arrived early for pickup and there was no line.I waited at a table, calling the wife for a status check. She couldn't pick up as the lady was saying the wait line was backed up. I went ahead and ordered in person. Interesting back and forth on the other side of the counter, but food was prepared quickly and courteously.“

“My favorite authentic taco spot!!!I saw the top 3 picks for Winter Haven and honestly couldn't believe he wasn't listed. I enjoy their asada taco's regularly. The tacos are always seasoned to perfection. My kids snarl at most thing's green, request the cilantro and onion to their tacos when we go. The owner is always friendly. In my opinion, this is the #1 place to get the best tasting tacos.“

“My favorite thing is there limited time fried peach & cream cheese pies and the apple turnovers are delicious too. They have excellent hand breaded chicken sandwiches, and my daughter loves the hand breaded chicken biscuit sandwich. “Only Chinese food I eat. Consistently the best! I had never been to the Lakeland location and although I had longer than usual wait because the entrees I wanted were looking a little dried out so I opted to wait for fresh and it was worth it. I had 3 entrees, kungpao chicken, teriyaki, & orange chicken with fried rice, a chicken egg roll and of course the fortune cookie. All were cooked to perfection! Restaurant was clean n the servers were friendly.“

“I went to A&W and ordered my food and once I got home, I realized I didn't have my cheese curds in the bag. Next time I went, I mentioned it and they immediately apologized and gave me a free order of cheese curds to make up for it. Mistakes happen but how you handle them determines the level of customer service you have. This location has great customer service and everyone is friendly!“

“5 stars for Jasmine made our 3 foot long sandwiches. She was very mind full of her shirt not touching our sandwiches as she reached for the items we ask for. Very clean server. The other ladies that were working were dragging their shirts over the sandwiches each time they reached to get anything for the sandwich they were making. I would have told them no thanks, I wouldn’t have paid for the sandwiches from them. I don’t want your sweatie clothes on my food.“

“So I ordered delivery but there was no in app way that I could add extra pickles. So I was like. Lemme call them up. So I called, dude picked up. Very nice guy I like his laugh. I said "hi! Can you put as many pickles as you possibly can on my order? Like a lot" and when it got to my place I opened it and it was very nicely wrapped usually when I get sandwiches there's like mustard and mayo all over the place but it was handled with care! I don't have any pictures of my sandwich cause I demolished it but. 10/10 would order again definitely cause subways my favorite place and they never let me down ?“
