The mashed potatoes have been weird and sour for months now. They say it’s a Vendor issue. It has ruined Boston market for me. I waited months and asked today if the issue was resolved and they said “off and on.” “Today the potatoes were normal.” So I ordered. Far from it. Very sour. Terrible. I think I’mJust done. The recent reviews reflect a serious problem - at least at this location.
So disappointed in this location. Sad. I usually enjoy Boston Market food, in fact, we order it for Holidays. This store was not clean, the chicken was dry and tasteless. The only good thing was the Mac and cheese. The chicken nuggets for my grandson were cold, hard and loaded with pepper! What? It's a kid's menu item. He couldn't eat it. I had to give him some of mine, and mine wasn't that good. Very dry and tasteless. Worst of all was that into our meal we started getting water...read full review

Not up to normal Boston Market standards. Leaking ceiling, dried out food on display, chicken was not juicy or seasoned as it typically is at other locations, takeaway container was a styrofoam container.
