I don’t usually leave reviews but I figured I’d save someone the hassle of wasting their money. I’m not sure what kind of food is served here but it is DEFINITLEY NOT Boston Market food. I’ve been to a few locations throughout my life and the food has been the same across the board but whatever is going on here needs to be looked into. The food they’re serving here seems to be coming from somewhere else in order to save on money because the food was horrible. The chicken is definitely not Boston market chicken, it’s dry, tastes bland and looks weird. The macaroni is not the spiral cut macaroni that Boston market is known for. The mashed potato’s were watery and seemed to be the instant packet kind, the spinach was weird and the cornbread was very dry and seemed off as well. The food did not come in the normal Boston market packaging. I didn’t know counterfeit fast food was a thing but here’s a prime example.

Must be under new ownership they now serve sweet potato souffle with no sugar dumb enough to think that the marshmallows make the potatoes sweet. Was served some mashed potatoes that smelled like Doodoo. Have been going there for years to eat, Last time omg. No fountain drinks. Should find a new cook or close down.Parking: Great

I have never left a google review in my life but this place is disgusting. Do not order from here**** It should be closed down. I normally like Boston Market but not this specific one. Not even close.We need to never order from here again so that they close down this trap.The chicken tasted ROTTEN, the mashed potatoes were watery consistency, the corn bread was compressed and looked like someone squished it with their hand before serving, the creamy spinach tasted watery and had a repulsive flavor. I was so upset that I tried dialing them for an hour after my ruined meal and no answer. Never again.

I doubt it has been a good year for this location. Despite the deterioration in food quality I thought I was being a loyal customer by not complaining, throwing out the food, and continuing to order "Time After Time" like I was Cyndi Lauper. I've received stale biscuits on numerous occasions, meat with absolutely no taste, potatoes with a bad after taste, and white gravy for mash potatoes that were so runny, it could beat Sha'Carri Richardson. I have a pending issue that they still have not resolved. I'm being patient because I don't want to get social media or Help Me Howard involved...

Worst Boston market I’ve ever been to, very dry chicken, cream of spinach had hardly any spinach, they give you toy plastic knife & fork that bends completely, what a shame, these people give this great chain a horrible reputation, no wonder it was empty, should have checked the reviews, I’m surprised its doors are still open !
I think it's time to call Channel 10 News. Needs to be shut down or revamped. When I got home and saw what I paid $26 for, I would have taken it back to the store, but I live too far to turn around. If you said that food was taken from last nights trash and reheated.... I'd believe it!!!!

1 Stars because I've always enjoyed the food before. Everything has changed the food standards, taste and presentation. This is the last time I'll waste my time an money on a ONCE favorite comfort food. Definitely went downhill, very sad, their food used to be delicious.With so MANY places changing their menus and cost, so sad that another company bites the dust!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a roach crawling by the food. Saw it while ordering my food. They had selected food to order from. The food looked like it was there all day. After seeing the roach I canceled my order and left. So disgusting!

I’ve been eating Boston market since I could remember. I stopped for a while because the one by my house closed. Today I decided to order it. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE!! Cream spinach is pale and the taste is nasty. I can’t even describe the taste and it won’t leave my mouth ?. Mac and cheese wasn’t spirals and I said that’s fine what could go wrong with Mac and cheese. EVERYTHING went wrong with it! Not creamy or flavorful. Chalky. Sweet potato casserole was weird tasting. Not much flavor. Now let’s go to the half chicken white. No flavor at all and dry. Not even the skin taste right. Wish I would’ve looked at reviews before I spent my last $ . I bought enough to eat twice cuz not often I can buy outside food. It was a craving and was really disappointed. Looked and tasted like cafeteria old people food is the best I can describe it.
