“Wonderful place with food cooked amazingly. A small place so it feels like you really get to know your servers which is a great touch. My family(of 5)and I got the 40 oz meat platter as well as Empanadas and it was so delicious, my favorite personally is the Lamb chops but everyone loved the Filet mignon. Only thing is they do only serve wine and beer which makes sense for a place with high end meats but just something to be aware of. Ali was wonderful and a great host. Very happy with my meal. Definitely check this place out!“

“Absolutely delicious dinner and the perfect atmosphere for our anniversary dinner! We had Tommy as our waiter from Queens/Bronx! He was so attentive and helpful with the menu! He is definitely one to request when visiting! He made sure we felt welcomed which you just don’t get going to restaurants anymore. Everything we had from drinks to apps to dinner to dessert all A+. Everything tasted fresh and yummy! Thank you for giving us such a good dinner and night! Will see you guys again when we visit back to that side of Florida!“

“My wife and I decided to dine at Capital Grill prior to a musical we had tickets for at the Au-Rene Theater at Broward Center For The Performing Arts. We parked in the Galleria garage attached to the same building as Capital Grill which was about a 2 minute walk to the restaurant that we had a 5:30pm reservation for. We were seated almost immediately and then were pleasantly greeted by several staff members and our servers, Miguel and Claudio. They were the perfect duo and their service was impeccable! Let me preface all staff were great but I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Miguel. He was so personable, provided us with his recommendations and boy are we glad we listened to him. Now for the food, we tried the special, a 16oz filet, had the beet salad and shared the brussel sprouts and some cocktails (carbonation in my drink was perfect). For dessert we had the coconut creme pie, flourless chocolate cake and cappuccinos, everything was amazing! Although there is another Capital Grill much closer to our home, we will dine at the Ft.Lauderdale location just to be served and re-connect with Miguel and Claudio.Thank you for the excellent dining experience!Aaron & Shannon MartinParking: Parked in the galleria garage attached to the restaurant.“

“Violin in my head. To clarify, there was a "roaming violinist" in the restaurant who did just as the name implies, she walked around playing the violin. There was soft background music accompanying her efforts. For about the first 15 minutes or so it all seemed elegant. But it turned painful. Maybe I have never listened to live violin for that long. It was way overbearing. The background music alone would have been perfect. Nails on a chalkboard. Our service was EXCELLENT.“

“I had an amazing dining experience. My mother and I went to Casa D’Angelo in Aventura, FL and had one of the best meals I have had in ages. The attention to detail, service and food was beyond my expectations. It was a night filled with divine food in a beautiful setting with a staff that was there to make sure every moment was an enjoyable one. Stefano, the manager, and Pablo, our waiter were the epitome of professional and caring. They clearly take great pride in the restaurant, and it shows in every way.We started with the Fiori Di Zucca (stuffed zucchini blossoms) and the Pulpo (octopus). Both were delicious but the octopus was the winner. It was the most tender and flavorful octopus I have eaten. It was grilled and cooked to perfection. I could be content sitting at the bar having a glass of wine and octopus for dinner and be a happy camper! For our main courses we had the grilled Costoletta (veal chop). It was tender, full of flavor and complete with an assortment of perfectly grilled vegetables. We also had the Black Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare – homemade black spaghetti with a mixture of seafood (lobster clams, shrimp). It was a knockout. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the seafood was fresh and delicious. The sauce had just a hint of spiciness that set off the seafood beautifully. All of the portions are generous and served piping hot. I never felt that we were being rushed to the next course giving us the time to truly savor the meal. And now for dessert. A friend of mine always says “there’s always room for sugar” and indeed, there was. We had Zabaglione with mixed berries and Chocolate Tartuffe filled with pistachio gelato. Both were amazing, refreshing and the perfect end to a fantastic meal.As I said in the beginning, it was an amazing evening. The service was superb, the ambience is lovely, and it is clear management pays close attention to the details that make this an outstanding restaurant. I look forward to my next meal there!“
