I LOVE Jersey Mikes and have been to a LOT of them in Florida, but THE BEST one that stands out is the one on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood FL. Every employee is exceptional in welcoming each person who walks in the door, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. I enjoyed the food, but did not enjoy the customer service at this particular location. It was my first time to Jersey Mike's and at this location it apparently has a different ordering format than other places so I felt confused about the ordering process. Here, you order your sandwich and bread type, but don't give them the specifics of what you want on it until after the order is purchased and they call you to ask about your sandwich. First time trying this franchise. Service was very fast and The staff was very nice. And the food was all very fresh. They are FAST. My sandwich was ready with a few minutes and I was 3rd in line.The tuna sub was ok. It tasted ok but wasn’t tasty tuna overall -and not good enough to have again. I’d try something else if I went there again.Only bigger negative was price. I thought that $12.50 for a half a tuna sub is really pricey. It’s 7” rather than the usual 6” but...read full review
