I ordered from door dash and called to confirm my order is being made correctly because I have some severe allergies. The lady that answered the phone had a really bad attitude and terrible costumer communication skills. She picked up and as soon as she hear my request and double check that the order was made with gluten free bun she responded “You call here all the time asking about the same thing you don’t need to call” after that I received an order with a regular white bread not GLUTEN FREE bread and I have been in pain since because I trusted the place and thought it was all made correct only after I ate it I realized it was not gluten free because I started having severe allergic reactions if I consume something that’s not gluten free. I know my body very well and has this issue for a long time. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! Whoever hired her SHAME ON YOU!!!

I LOVE Jersey Mikes and have been to a LOT of them in Florida, but THE BEST one that stands out is the one on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood FL. Every employee is exceptional in welcoming each person who walks in the door, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. Every employee wears a smile on their face. I was so impressed I asked for their names:Jose, Ron, Peter, Nick, and Chris.Cesar Savedo is the owner. Congratulations Cesar for hiring these outstanding employees.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options which is great but the slicing machine has to be wiped down and gloves changed to make vegetarians feel comfortable.Dietary restrictions: Staff will make sandwiches any way a customer needs to adhere to their needsParking: easy and freeKid-friendliness: Good attitudes help people feel welcomed regardless of ageWheelchair accessibility: yes, it’s accessible inside and out

I enjoyed the food, but did not enjoy the customer service at this particular location. It was my first time to Jersey Mike's and at this location it apparently has a different ordering format than other places so I felt confused about the ordering process. Here, you order your sandwich and bread type, but don't give them the specifics of what you want on it until after the order is purchased and they call you to ask about your sandwich. I did not know this and so when I tried ordering all at once instead of simply directing me on the process everyone had a sort of humorous atmosphere and said you can order it at "the end". Okay so I go to the checkout and as I'm paying the lady says, "would you like anything else?" In my mind.. this is "the end" so I of course say, "Yes, I'd like it Mike's way please." I can't explain the atmosphere then but it got uncomfortable real fast as everyone just pauses and looks at me. Then a guy says, "Hey bud, she's asking if you'd like to add a chip or a drink" then they all look at each other like I'm the one who's weird. Overall just left a bad impression and made me feel unwelcome. I ended up going to a different Jersey Mike's because I liked what I ordered, but didn't want to go to the same place and the guy there was accommodating, polite, and even went out of his way to explain the different options when he saw I was a little hesitant without prompting from me. Hollywood I would suggest just being more patient with your first time customers. If someone bumbles in there looking like they don't know your particular routine.. ... .. it's because they don't. Help them out without the condescending attitude. Out of the five staff that were there only this white young guy with his hat flipped back felt welcoming and positive.

Be aware of the person who is ringing you up. I had one person start preparing my sandwich and then he walked away and the guy who was ringing people up, walked over to finish my making my sandwich and he didn't change his gloves.This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! The health inspector should check them out. So gross! I will never come back here and what a shame because I liked this place!

First time trying this franchise. Service was very fast and The staff was very nice. And the food was all very fresh. They are FAST. My sandwich was ready with a few minutes and I was 3rd in line.The tuna sub was ok. It tasted ok but wasn’t tasty tuna overall -and not good enough to have again. I’d try something else if I went there again.Only bigger negative was price. I thought that $12.50 for a half a tuna sub is really pricey. It’s 7” rather than the usual 6” but still.So it’s about double the price of the much better Sub Center Sandwiches a 1/2 mile down the street (or Publix) if that matters to you. But if you just want a quick sandwich then it’s ok.
