Potato Flautas are where it's at! I've been searching for potato tacos like ones I used to get when i lived in Long Beach and have finally found something similar. Different shape, but same filling and flavor...yum! They are simple and delicious! The only downside is that this spot only seems to be in the Yellow Green Farmer's Market, which is fun if you're in the mood for the market.
This place if one of my favorite at Yellow Green Farmers market.Miguel is a Master carving, and his $5 (only) plate of Jamon Ibérico is so good. I buy 4 plates every visit. I still haven't try the Paellas, but I bet it is good. Because they care about quality. I definitely recommend.

Miguel prepared the most delicious paellas at my party. The ingredients were so fresh, the preparation spotless and the flavors amazing! We got a beautiful authentic Spanish paella in Miami. Highly recommended
