“The Feast had a good selection of local beers to start with. Appetizers and main course selections were a mix of land and sea. The caprese salad was great, and the baby back ribs were truly "fall off the bone". The place is small, so reservations are highly recommended. I would eat here again.“
“This place claims to be the best burger place on the island. Although I beg to differ what they do have is an awesome atmosphere, great and personable staff, and overall good dive food. It has all the beach feel, it's out in the open and a nice place to chill without spending a fortune. Perfect place for leaving your swimsuit on and grabbing a bite. Wash it all down with a bottle of Not Your Fathers Root Beer and you won't be disappointed!“
“The food was amazing, but the service was out of this world!!!! We had the hangover, and outlaw, it was great!!! But the server Amanda was there all by her self… cashier, drinks, waitress, food runner and busser!!! For the whole restaurant!!!!!! And was giving excellent service, with a smile!!!! She is far better than me!!! Bring sob to Texas!!!!! And please make sure they have been thoroughly trained by Amanda!!!“
“My daughter, my husband and I went here for an early dinner this past Sunday. My husband brought home some funnel cakes from there once that were absolutely amazing, but this was my first time getting to go in person. I have to say it is a great concept! Some people wait all year for the fair to come to town so they can get their hands on funnel cakes, and giant turkey legs. The idea that you don't have to wait, you can just get them whenever, pretty much embodies the spirit of 2020s, doesn't it?Unfortunately we didn't order anything that you can only get at the fair on this visit. It's not that it wouldn't have been delicious, it's just that nothing jumped out at us. I got a large order of their crispy waffle fries smothered in bacon crumbles and cheese sauce. My husband got a cheese burger, and my daughter chose the two corn dogs with fries. Everything was cooked well, tasted good, and hit the spot. The employees were all fresh faced in their late teens maybe early twenties kids just starting out in the work force. These minimum wage jobs are perfect for kids who are learning what it means to work hard and make extra money. It's not easy working in the service industry, when you get to be in your thirties and forties it can be pure hell. It's nice to see young people behind the counter, they're having a good time working together, building friendships, and customer service skills that will help them out a lot in the long run. They did a great job serving us. The young man that took our order did mistake our "To Go" for "Eat Here", we weren't in a hurry. He was very nice, and didn't mess up our food order, and that's what really matters. We got our drinks, and condiments, and took our seats in a booth. It wasn't long before a different young man brought our food right to our table. The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty blah, don't get me wrong, there was nothing overtly wrong with it. It was not dirty, or messy or anything like that. The kids take excellent care of the place. It's just that the building is an old Burger King, and you can tell that even if you haven't lived here as long as me. It looks like an old Burger King, the tile outside is that old brown tile, the building has the same style, just a new paint job. They had an opportunity to do so much interior design; with the fair angle, they could've had so much fun with it and made it very appealing. Instead it just felt like something they put together overnight following Burger King's old template. It was a very uninspired design for such an inspired idea, you know?Don't let my harsh judgement of the atmosphere turn you off from eating their food. They make a mean funnel cake, and great smothered crispy waffle fries. Everything we've eaten there, we enjoyed. The service is great, they take good care of their customers, and have good morale. The kids that work there seem to like each other, and that makes the service they provide so much better. Since it's an old Burger King you can see most of the kitchen from the counter, you can see that it's kept in good working order. The dining room is tidy, tables wiped down, floor clean, and condiments well stocked.Overall those kids do a great job, and serve good food. If you're in the mood for some fair food without the upset tummy from the rides.“
“Had breakfast here for the first time. Greay food and very quick service. Ordered our food and was out in less than 10 minutes if that long. Portions are large and taste great. I had the breakfast tacos and my wife had the chicken fried steak and eggs. We will definitely be back. Gonna try their burgers next time.“
“The food was amazing, great price, came out super fast, HUGE portions, taste amazing, and our server was so damn sweet. The perfect little dinner-like spot to stop in and get your grub on. They have a pretty large menu too so there’s a little bit of everything for everyone.“
“Love the bagels, sandwiches, and the Juniors cheesecake! I grew up in downtown Brooklyn going to the original Junior's Restaurant & I am so happy that I can pick up the cheesecake in my Bradenton, Florida neighborhood! Very nice & helpful customer service. ❤“
“First off. Love Coquina Beach. It is one of the cleanest beaches I've ever ever ever been to. After every event that I do there, I try to walk the beach to pick up any trash and I've never come out with a full bag. To think about it. I don't think I really put much in a bag! Maybe some seashells!Anyway, this is the only Cafe that they have from a distance on this beach so at least the people are nice. Just typical fast food, beach bar food. But the beach makes it everything and so does the staff“
“Called when they were closed on a Monday and spoke to the owner Steve to ask some questions about their place for a place to go after our wedding at the Sand Bar. Steve answered all my questions thoroughly and gave recommendations for other places on the island even. Look forward to bringing all our guest there this April!“
“Holy guacamole. Just kidding. I didn't have any guacamole. But the burger I had was absolutely out of this world!!! I had the Jaffe burger with Brussel sprouts and a Lavender Tea.Absolutely amazing. Brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. Bread on the Jaffe burger was crisp and flaky, and the texture on the patty was thorough, consistent and it was even juicy too! Top it off with their homemade seasoning and aioli, you might forget you're eating a vegan burger. So flavorful and fresh. Huge portions, lovingly made. No doubt about it.My only suggestion would be maybe less ice in the Tea? As I found myself definitely craving more!Give this place a go, you'll feel like a king afterwards. Or maybe just a happy soul. :)“
“The Campground, here at Fort DeSoto has to be one of the prettiest I have ever seen. Lush palm trees abound, giving the ample RV sites, really cool privacy. We have good water pressure and 50Amp electric. It's a sandy spot, and backing in around the trees, requires a little skill, but very worth while.“
“I was visiting Bradenton last weekend with some friends and it was recommended to us, to have dinner at Cortez Kitchen. I had the Braised short ribs dinner and it was amazing. I also had the calamari which was properly seasoned and lightly battered. The Key lime cheesecake delicious. We had small children and the staff was supper accommodating. The food the service and atmosphere awesome! I give the Cortez Kitchen ????“

“This place is legendary in Bradenton and the locals have great memories of their favorite place for the best milkshakes, burgers and fries in Bradenton. We're actually lucky enough to live with in walking distance. Like a 50's style soda shop and it's really that old. Still the best shakes and burgers!“
“I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their delicious coffee, and asked for their brand. And the waiter told me it's COLOMBIAN COFFEE?. I ordered my normal breakfast, and another advantage was that I was able to walk from my resort to there. The guys are perfectly fluent in English, but I noticed different accents from Latinoamérica?“
“It was my first time here while I'm in Florida. We came here for dinner. I chose the lo-cal protein platter. The grilled chicken had a unique and quite tasty flavor. I got fresh fruit and cottage cheese to go with it. I highly recommend Popi's, and if you're lucky, your server will be Manuel.“
“Indulge in a delightful breakfast experience at IHOP. From fluffy pancakes to savory omelettes, their diverse menu offers something for everyone. With friendly service and a welcoming ambiance, it's the perfect spot for a satisfying meal any time of day. My favorite breakfast ever!“
“Great burgers the old style way. Juicy, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fries are in my top 5. I would suggest just getting a medium fry, they fill your bag with fries as well. The price is a little on the high side. My girlfriend and I both had cheese burgers 2 medium drinks and a large fry to share and the total was 34$. It's worth it though. If you want a great burger and fries I recommend 5 guys.Vegetarian options: You can substitute burger for veggie burgerDietary restrictions: Tell them but they do use peanut oil.Parking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Ramps and handicap bathrooms“
“By far the best wings I have EVER had. Get the ones coated in buttermilk; I promise you won't be disappointed. Their diverse selection of sauces are all homemade - try them all. And the banana pepper rings are truly an act of God - I crave them all the time. The owner is super nice, and you can tell he has a passion for cooking and feeding people delicious food. Don't sleep on this amazing food truck“
“I was jonesing for a Peanut Buster Parfait, so I pulled into this Dairy Queen with eager anticipation. When I walked in the door, I was hit by a wave of nostalgia. I used to go to Dairy Queen all the time when I was a youngun, and just reading the menu took me back... Mr Misty was my go-to treat as a kid. Who could resist a slushy with lots of flavor syrup as they make them? Not this kid! Then, when I grew older and Blizzards were created, I became addicted to them in college and visited The Queen often for an M&M Blizzard with chocolate ice cream ?. Always, though, Peanut Buster Parfait (PBP) made with butterscotch sauce was an option that popped up now and then to end up in my hand instead of Mr. Misty or PBP, but because I didn't like hot fudge as a kid, I always replaced it with butterscotch. Now, here I was staring at a menu from my childhood mixed with the future (ok, technically the present, but my childhood me would have thought it was the future) and I realized I now had a dilemma on my hands regarding what I wanted to order. Peanut Buster Parfait? Blizzard (so many delicious flavor options!)? Mr Misty? My brain was overloaded with joy.WAIT! I came here for a PBP made with butterscotch, loaded with salty peanuts in ice cream, my FAVORITE treat, by golly, that's what I was gonna get.I ordered it and was told they no longer carry butterscotch SAUCE (writing this now, I vaguely remember when they discontinued their butterscotch sauce. Ugh), but instead, their butterscotch is only the hard dip butterscotch, from when you dip your cone. So, I did as the employees suggested and got caramel. Then I asked for a dip of butterscotch on top at the end. It was pure heaven because they gave me an extra thick dip that dropped down and formed a thick ring of solid butterscotch around the top of the ice cream, on top of the last layer of caramel and peanuts that I had to chop through to get to the layers below. Eating that PBP was an experience, and well worth the millions of calories I took in doing so. Next time, though, I'm gonna have to get a Blizzard, because Dairy Queen is where I perfected the M&M with peanut butter sauce Blizzard, so I could pass it on to Sweet Berries. They are the original Blizzard/Concrete“
“After a visit to the AMI farmers market, we decided to try the world (or at least island:) favorite Duffy’s Tavern cheeseburger. It IS a tavern, smallish, noisy, all orders are placed at the bar, but since pubs, taverns and roadhouse’s are some of my favorite places, I was in my element. We had two bacon-cheeseburgers with the fixin’s and their homemade tater’ salad. They were perfectly cooked, delicious and under $25! If it gets too noisy for you, there is a very private outdoor side courtyard where you can feel the sun n’ breezes.“
