I’ve been going to this BK for a long time so I’ve seen my share of rude people but ever since Ana started working here she has really brighten the mood and the atmosphere of the establishment. Every time I come through the drive thru she’s always smiling asking how my day is going and being very polite and cheerful. She is very respectful and a good employee. BK needs more employees like Ana i and very satisfied of her work ethics.“
