We celebrated a friends 75th birthday with lunch and cocktails. Meggen our server was very attentive and made sure all was taken care of. they served a free mini cheesecake for our friend to celebrate her birthday while we all sang.
Wonderful evening as we celebrated our anniversary. Service was excellent and each dish was perfectly prepared. Lobster bisque and salad (blood orange vinaigrette dressing-wow) were great starters; the filet an exceptional medium rare, braised short rib falling apart delicious. Could not have asked for a better experience. Never sure about a meal at a resort/hotel; not inexpensive but certainly not out of line. This exceeded all expectations. Food quantity is good. Quality not highest. Had strip steak medium well burned ends and too much gristle. Mash potatoes not hot. Asparagus good but not hot. Lobster fingers too expensive for small amount lobster meat provided. Pork chop large and tasty same for short ribs but all too expensive for what received.
