“Today I had the absolute pleasure of trying the pineapple habanero baby back ribs with Mac n cheese. This husband and wife duo have an excellent team behind them and can really crank it out. The ribs were fall off the bone and absolutely perfect. The Mac n cheese was wonderful and I enjoyed every single bite. Definitely keep an eye out for this trailer coming to an event near you. Absolutely worth every penny! Can’t wait to come back!“

“Excellent experience. We had 6 oz steaks with stuffed everything potatoes and stuffed everything mash potatoes. Appetizers were delicious and fed our party of 3 quite well! My Margarita was done to perfection. Our server was wonderful and attentive to our needs. This Texas Roadhouse site is a keeper on our outdoor dining experiences.“

“Had a great experience at Smokey Bones, was able to get my order in very fast and our waitress Marissa D was very quick to refill our drinks and gave a bag for my ribs before my meal arrived. Food was hot and also arrived very quickly. Will definitely come back whenever I am up for some barbecue.“

“We went in right at the start of dinner hour at 4:00 on a Thursday evening. We were seated promptly, the only not really complaint was that it did take a while to get a server to come to the table for the orders... There seem to be a little confusion about who our actual server were but for the most part the two that we had really did a good job... especially Mark who was right at our table when we sat down seeing if he could get his drink gave me a great recommendation on the parmesan crusted spinach dip and was very personable. Our second server I can't tell you her name because she never told us but she did a good job she got us our food out and served, but we did wait longer than I thought necessary for our check. We were about ready to flag her down when she did finally bring it by.I knew I was going to do the spinach dip so I didn't order a big meal. I got a loaded baked potato and a house salad with ranch. The main complaint with the salad was way too much dressing on it and it came with the dressing on it already. I need to remember next time to ask for the dressing on the side. The baked potato was cooked perfectly and was hot and fluffy interior but short on toppings. Once I really started digging into potato I had a lot of potato that didn't have any butter or anything on it.The parmesan crusted spinach dip was fabulous!! I know this is a seasonal appetizer but I hope longhorn brings us back as permanent. I would go in just to eat some of this spinach dip, It was so good!! highly recommended!!!My husband got the parmesan crusted chicken which was fabulous as always, I really think this is the best item on their menu. He got broccoli and a Caesar salad for his sides which he said were both good.He drank is strawberry lemonade which was refilled promptly once empty and I got the house margarita which was okay but didn't have like didn't have much flavor to it. The complimentary bread was really good but the bottom was definitely a little tough like you were sawing through it to get it but it was very good as usual.Overall it was a really nice unexpected dinner out for me and my husband. We enjoyed the food, the restaurant was not too full, and definitely not noisy like you run into at Texas Roadhouse for instance. It was nice to have just a normal conversation not feel like we had to yell at each other! If you're in the Hammock Landings area, I would certainly recommend stopping in at Longhorn for afternoon lunch...they have some really good specials. They also offer order ahead and take out which we have done before and I've never had any complaints with how they packaged our order or having them forget items.“

“I thoroughly enjoy this husband and wife team based BBQ establishment in Palm Bay, Florida.My ribs were juicy,every morsel was succulently delicious and flavorful with ever bite.- This venue is clean and orderly with ample parking space.- The only perceptible area of opportunity would be for the wife to cheer up and exhibit more professional interpersonal relationship skills with paying customers, supporting her restaurant as there is an almost palpable atmosphere of borderline hostility that radiates from her even within a few seconds of interaction.“

“We have visited Cadillac Cove over a dozen times over the last 6 months, and it has become our favorite place to eat and drink in Satellite Beach. The food has always been good, including the ribs, burgers, chicken tenders, salads, tacos, quesadillas, cheese curds, fries, etc. The bartenders/servers have always been friendly and helpful. They can get busy, but they work hard and will do their best to get you what you need with a smile. We have also enjoyed the entertainment: Taco Tuesday Rock Star Bingo, the Wednesday karaoke, a Friday comedy show, the indoor bands/dancing on the weekends, and the outdoor bands on Sunday. AWESOME!! We've enjoyed sitting indoors, but always love when we get a nice table or seat at the bar in the outdoor tiki hut. I really can't say enough good things about Cadillac Cove. They do a great job accommodating larger groups, too. We have been there for a few birthday parties and also hosted a small group of our friends/neighbors for Cinco de Mayo. It seems to be very well managed, and we are thankful to have Cadillac Cove in the neighborhood and look forward to many more visits. Keep up the great work!!Parking: There is a decent sized parking lot next to the building.“

“Excellent dining experience, made possible by Alyssa, she was very attentive ,and efficient. Manager Becca. stopped to chat, took notice of our dinner, quickly pointed out her disappointment in the quality of the steak I was provided, (too much fat). I was fine with it, no problem on my part. She was not pleased with quality and made adjustment to the bill and offered heart felt apology. Fantastic attitude and surprise. Thanks“
