“We went last night after driving by for years. The mixed reviews made us curious and we wanted to check it out ourselves. They are remodeling so there was some construction not finished but it didn’t effect our fun. The waitress/bartender was delightful. We each had a beer to start, then a burger and a patty melt. We didn’t realized they have build your own old fashioned drinks so we had to try those. Oh yum! She (?Alexis I think) was knowledgeable about the different bourbon options and we each tried a different kind. We want to go back to experiment further. Only negative was they were out of sweet potato fries but the regular fries were delicious. We’ll go back for sure!“
“Great food! And on top of that amazing service . My husband and I had the pleasure of getting Lesly as our server and she was AMAZING! Very attentive , easy going, and had great recommendations. If you’re going to dine here ask for Lesly!“
“They wanted to charge me $5 per person in our party of 9, because I brought in a bday cake. It would have cost more than the cake. Then the Manager cut the cost in half, then charged each person a percentage. Nothing on their website says anything about bringing in a bday cake? If there was, I would not have brought it.“
“Kayla made me a seasonal drink called cold chocolate that blew my mind. That's a danger cocktail. Cannot taste the liquor but you can feel it. Atmosphere is very chill. Calm music. Great for after a long day at work or after a stressful family event .“
“Beautiful view. Optional eating outside or dining inside. Opted for inside. Nice environment, pleasant atmosphere and the facility is cozy and inviting. We chose this restaurant for the atmosphere and reputation for dining. The menu choices were many and varied. Most dishes were enhanced with fancy sauces and accompanying vegetables.I enjoy simple dishes without overpowering sauces. We finally got the waiter to ask the kitchen to hold off on the sauce and covering vegetables. We had shared terrific grouper and shared the shrimp scampi which was delicate and delicious. The bread with garlic infused olive oil was worthy of a second order.I came very close to reminding the very loud party of six women that there were others dining there who couldn’t hear other talk. The noise level was painful and the cackling unbearable.“
“The Oasis is our local version of Cheers. If you go often the staff knows you and the customers know the staff. We don't make it over to the bar often but when we do it is always a fun afternoon either watching football and just hanging out close to home. They do not have a kitchen however if you get hungry you can order something from a neighboring location, pick it up and return to your spot to enjoy it at the Oasis.“
“I haven't visited the place in years but I was road tripping so why not. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. Interesting mix of locals and tourists add to the vibe. As I was leaving, in the parking lot, I received a thank you from a staff member who offered me a hit off a joint, I accepted and I was on my way. I will definitely be back...good time.“
