Used the AP to order, while sitting in Parking lot. Got in line , as we requested it be ready for pickup in drive thru. We were parked,no surprise; waiting eight minutes to get a wide open bag of food. Four napkins. Zero condiments. A twenty something gal delivered & Thanked us for waiting for them to make fries. I have had messed up orders the last 3-4 times I've gone here. I usually order on the app and just pick it up. One time the fries were so stale and old tasting I took them back in and got new ones. I have gotten double cheese burgers ketchup only and found onions BETWEEN my patties. Tonight I ordered a double big Mac and was missing half of the sandwich. In the photos I've seen, it has 2 patties on top and 2 on the bottom. When we got it, it had only the 2 patties on the bottom...
