Trinity is amazing. She literally kept me sane as a super stressed bride. I can't explain how much I appreciate her. Not only was the food amazing but she is also a true planning and culinary mastermind. Thanks a million Trinity for making my special day the best ever. My fave appetizers were the shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. The flank steak was delicious! I wish I pigged out more
Thank you Caribbean Catering for making our wedding day so beyond perfect! Trinity was wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process. We live in Pennsylvania and had our wedding at a family member’s home in Islamorada. It was not a typical venue by any means, and we asked so much of Trinity and her team to accommodate our smaller setting, vision and unusual ideas to make it work... and boy, did they knock it out of the park! All my guests were amazed with the quality of food. Everything was great from the staff and the way Everything was set up. Steak was like butter. Dessert/pretzel platters looked and tasted awsome Everything was just perfect. Thank yall
