I seriously do not understand what the problem is at this location. They regularly decide not to turn food items off in the app, for items that are out of stock. I'm told that this can be done, but for some reason it's been two times this week that I've ordered something they didn't have. One time, they ran completely out of all hamburger patties. Manager, supervisor, employees had an attitude. Poor customer service. They were all looking at me extremely aggressive. Look like they wanted to start a fight. Racial treatment and discrimination. I can’t leave a review for the food because at 825pm employees were to busy hanging at the entrance laughing and after waiting 3-4 minutes I drove around to see those same employees hanging behind the counter ignoring the drive thru. I’d give 0 ⭐️s if I had the option. I went across the way to a competitor- Wendy’s- where they were fantastic and readily available to take orders.
