The service is wonderful, but the lunch food is more about fast than flavor. Maybe with a lot more salsa, but my tamale was good corn, but virtually no filling. There is a vegetarian menu.

Very nice decor, great service and food! Had the chimachangas that were on special. Had a great time. Would have been 5-star review, but the margaritas were not that great, lacking flavor and tequila. We'll be back and probably order Dos Equis!

This is a hidden gem with wonderful Mexican food!***Update 3/4/24*** We went to lunch Saturday here and it was delicious! The food is authentic, and the portions are generous. I had two tacos and a quesadilla. My husband had the fajitas Casa Leon with carnitas, steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo. Both dishes were amazing!

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated with beautiful paintings on the walls, with the only exception being the low quality, stretched images on the tables. Our waiter was very nice and quick to bringing our stuff when it was ready and honest about some of the menu items, such as the horchata not being made in house (which was disappointing but not their fault). The food itself wasn't the best. I ordered the shrimp tacos and while the shrimp was alright, the processed cheese and cheap-quality lettuce & tomatoes didn't taste good at all. The limes weren't the best either as barely any juice came out. My friend ordered the tilapia and it was overcooked and unseasoned, and the rice that came with it was partly crunchy.I've seen good reviews for this place, so I hope this was just a bad night, but if this is how it is on the regular, I hope the owners change the ingredients and does a better job on checking the quality of the food they produce.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the margaritas and the fresh flavor-filled foods - from warm chips and salsa before dinner to the churros for dessert with chocolate and caramel sauces. Portions were very generous so bring an appetite or like us, take home to go boxes and enjoy again! Mega burrito is gigantic and tacos al carbon were terrific - great house sauce atop both is so good! Two thumbs up! Very reasonably priced and nice night out for couples or families alike. You are warmly greeted and treated like family.Parking: Plenty of parking along the right side of the building and in backKid-friendliness: A couple of young families were enjoying dinner thereWheelchair accessibility: Level access with parking area

Our second chance visit. I ordered a enchilada with rice and beans. Simple enough, I thought. The rice and beans were cold and the enchilada had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The hubby ordered the 3 taco special with a side of rice and beans.....both ordered a drink, had our first "complimentary" small basket of chips and salsa. we also ordered queso on the side, which had separated ( had to be mwlted and mixed with water or milk). Total$45! Threw our leftovers away as soon as we got home. very disappointed

Well I will start this off by saying I AM A HUGE MEXICAN FOOD LOVER. Everything about it just makes me happy. I have one place I usually go to BUT will be making the travel to Casa Leon as well because the service plus the food was just simply perfect. They have great margaritas and their cheese dip is delectable. You can tell they make their salsa fresh in house. I loved their guacamole as well. The best part is as it was coming to their closing time it was like they all came together as a family and you could just feel the love in the place. Everyone was so kind to us. We WILL be back super soon with our friends. PS. Their chairs are so legit. All wooden with their names engraved, just had to note that. Hey... it's the little things.
