Hector is the nicest guy. I only have a 30 min lunch and their online was not working, so he made sure I was taken care of anyways. Please give this guy a raise or something...hes got some great customer service!
First time in, food was ok. This isn’t gourmet or made from scratch. For anybody expecting anything different this is “steakum “ out of a bag. With that said the sandwich itself wasn’t horrible (if you’re aware of what you’re getting again for $16) warm and made to order, toppings looked and tasted fresh. One regular size sandwich with fries and a drink is $16 which is why I guess some people are complaining that by the time they order 2 I guess they’re $30 some...read full review

This place hasn't caught on yet, but it should. A different menu than other fast food places, and not just cheesteaks. I had a shredded chicken hero that was delicious. Definitely give it a try.
