This location always forget something. Don’t trust your order without checking first. Y’all cost too much to be not giving people all of what they paid for!!!!! Charley's is my favorite place for a Philly cheese steak. Food is always amazing. But this specific location is terrible. Once when ordering in the drive thru, the employee working the drive thru and taking orders DID NOT speak any English lol. I had to get the manager to take my order. This time I'm 20 mins before closing time (close is 10pm) and they've already closed shop, still have all of the lights on. This isn't the only place to do this, it's becoming a problem that a place selling food is never actually open or serve all of the food up till close. If you're open till 10, be open until 10 AND SERVE YOUR ADVERTISED FOOD UNTIL ACTUAL CLOSE TIME.

I’ve called multiple times and got an answering machine. Left message asking what kind of ‘steak’ they use and what brand ‘rolls’ they use in a ‘Philly’ cheesesteak. Zero answer. Have never reached a person. My guess is they haven’t responded because their Philly cheesesteak lacks both the correct steak and the correct roll to come close to a Philly cheesesteak. If it is not ribeye on an Amoroso roll then it is NOT a Philly cheesesteak. I make them every week and I slice my own ribeye steak and I buy Amoroso rolls. And yeah… I’m an authentic cheesesteak lovin Philly girl.

Fast food Philly's.. sandwich was just OK. My biggest issue is that they had signs all over the parking lot, and on the counter for the lunch special... 2 for $9.99 on ANY Philly! However, that is NOT the case. Their advertising is misleading. Will NOT be back.

Stick with the classic here and it's ok. I got their new parmesan peppercorn sandwich. It's super garlicky (and I love garlic) and had a very unpleasant acidic sauce, which makes the texture weird.The wings were ok, but another odd sauce.The bathrooms are filthy. You'd be better off at a truck stop.
