First timers! Husband and I ordered an Original Philly Cheesesteak, Ultimate Fries, and Buffalo Wings. We shared the order and still had food left over. Everything was delicious. We couldn’t shove it in our faces quick enough. Sandwich bread was soft and fresh, not soggy. Meat was well seasoned. The fries were loaded with ranch, bacon and cheese - - my new favorite! I visited and had a meal of wings, the wings were hard and very tasty, the next day I went back told the manger of my experience the first, and he replaced my meal. Now that's customer service

Based on reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks serves delicious food with great customer service. Meals like the Original Philly Cheesesteak have soft, fresh bread and well seasoned meat. The Ultimate Fries are loaded with ranch, bacon and cheese. Buffalo wings can be a bit too spicy for some, but hard and very tasty. The cheesesteak flavor is awesome, with cheddar cheese poured on top. Portions are large enough to share. The service is great, with staff showing genuine smiles and cool attitudes. One manager replaced a meal after a customer shared their experience.
