I come here often with my daughter. There was only two people working and I understand that it may get busy at times. But there should be no reason to have an attitude with customers when it becomes hectic. The manager at the counter who was taking orders, continued to huff and puff at the older couple in front of me. Disrespect at its finest. Already highly upset with how this experience is going, a roach runs across our table. The store needs help as well as the manager…10.21.23

We ordered a platter of 36 small chicken salad sandwiches to take to a Sunday School Fall social tonight - it is a soup/sandwich/ sandwich social. These sandwiches will hit the spot . The staff are friendly and prompt with service.

Regular Chicken Salad is very bland tasting. The Croissant was stale. My friend ordered the Chicken Salad with fruit. All they did was put 3 whole grapes on top of the Chicken Salad. The Potato Soup had way too much rubbery tasting Bacon in it. Definitely not going back.

I used to love chicken salad chick but not after today. I was food poisoned. I knew something tasted funny when I ate my chicken salad today. I didn’t even eat my second scoop. I will not be dinning at this chicken salad chick location ever again.

Well about 2 years ago I said to my son, there is no way a Chicken Salad restaurant will ever survive. Finally after 2 years I decided I had to try it because they keep opening up stores so something has to be right. Well I have to admit I was so wrong, the Chicken Salad was the best I’ve ever eaten, very very good. I was sitting eating my Chicken Salad when (did I mention I’m 77 yrs old) a young lady about 75 stopped and said, real men eat chicken salad, I swear to you that is a true story!!
